Most people who have lost weight and kept it off share the following characteristics: they exercise regularly, eat less fat than the average person, and consume fewer calories than they had before the weight loss.
On a scale of 1-10, how committed are you to making food choices that are naturally low in fat such as fruits and vegetables?
Using the same scale, how committed are you to making food choices that will result in a decrease in overall daily calories?
And how committed are you to physical activity on a daily basis?
If you selected 8 or less for any of the above, give some thought to what needs to change in your life so that you can become committed to making changes that will lead to permanent weight loss.
I know you lead a busy life, and taking care of yourself just won't happen unless you give it top priority. To be successful, you must be willing to place your personal goals at the top of your to do list.
Take a moment to re-prioritize and ensure that nothing is getting in the way of weight loss.
