Little Changes Can Make a Big Difference
Newsletters
Making little changes that affect you every day can tip the scale towards weight loss. Think about your diet, and what changes you are ready to make.
Are you ready to…
- Eat less fried food? Fried foods typically have twice as many calories as similar foods that are baked, broiled or grilled.
- Drink less juice and soda? A glass of juice has as many calories as a glass of soda, and drinking a glass a day works out to approximately 10 pounds per year.
- Eat smaller, more frequent meals? People who eat smaller meals with healthy snacks between them are more successful at weight loss.
- Eat whole grains? The fiber and nutrients in whole grains help fill you up and stabilize your blood sugar so you don't feel tired and hungry.
I encourage you to take a look at your dietary habits and start making healthy changes that will tip the scale towards weight loss.
