hi i m 24 female,weight 107 kg(worst ever),height 165cm,..............i m desparate to lose weight coz therez a big wedding function is coming...i m sooooooo embaressed..every1 is making fun of me...sometime i think i m wasting my life.....sometime i cant sleep by stressed...doctor is not helping me on right way so plzzzzzzzzzzzzz i dont want to go to doctor....
i want to lose atleASt 10 to 12 kg in 3 week..so it can boost my confidence..i may be then on my own....
i m doing this now a days,
breakfast=
1 brown bread slice
i boiled egg
half cup milk,
or
1 cereal bowl
any fruit
LUNCH=
green salad with 125 grm chickpea or beans
1 brown bread
SNACK=
1 carrot
1 apple another time
DINNER=
i fruit or carrot
chicken soup

will it help me to lose weight fast....or tell me some thing so that i can lose 10 to n12 kg in 3 week time....also have t ake care my 4 month old baby...dont have so much time to exerciseeeeeeeeeee...........

I wrote a reply to your other topic but I don't think you saw it.

To lose 1kg you need a calorie deficit of 7710 calories.

To lose 12, you need a deficit of 12x7710= 92,520 calories.

To do this over 21 days, the daily deficit is 92,520/21 = 4400

Your maintenance calories (calories to stay the same weight) are somewhere in the range 1820..2184

You should create a calorie deficit by eating less than your maintenance calories (which I see is part of your plan) though obviously the only way to create such an enormous calorie deficit is to also couple it with silly amounts of exercise. This isn't really that advisable and luckily for your body, you don't have time for this anyhow.

The only thing that remains is for you to understand the calculations and realise why you should definitely be able to lose some fat, and why short of working out 5-10 hours a day you're unlikely to hit the numbers you pulled out of the air as your unrealistic goals
