Hi all!  I am new to this forum and ready to get healthy!

I have a history of bad weight loss habits, including purging and fasting.  After I was able to break free of those habits, I stopped counting calories and gained back all the weight I lost and then some.  I'm ready to start dieting again, but this time I want to be healthy and able to keep the weight off.

Goals:
Height: 5' 8"
Starting Weight: 164 lb
Current Weight: 164 lb
Goal Weight: 130 lb
