Hi all, I'm Hoz from the UK and I'm here because I lost 4 and a half stone last year, mainly by using the great information on the calories per hour website.
However, this year I've managed to put most of it back on *doh* so I thought I'd join the forums (which I didn't realise were here until this evening-silly me!) and hopefully do a bit better keeping the weight off this time.
