i've been battling with weight loss for the longest time. rectnly it has gotten pretty bad. i can't do this to myself anymore. i need someones help who is around my weight and willing to try.

i don't care if you are male or female, old or young.

i'm 22/f 5"5 and 319lbs.

if you are around the same weight range and interested in the gabriel method (or even if you are not) LET'S TALK ASAP!

 

i need your help! my life and my career depend on it!

hi, im not the same weight as you but I am trying to lose weight and I´m here if you need someone to talk to, I´m on the forum quite frequently and I can give you advise and tips as I have been reading a #%@&! of a lot recently, for example I´m keeping a food journal and writting down everything I eat and also on the diary section of the forum I´m keeping a journal, beatlesgirl´s diary...

well i've had a personal trainer since feburary. i just re joined the gym. i'm not too worried about the food i eat. i was a vegetarian for 2 years so i still eat relatively healthy. i'm all about the gabriel method. he speaks much wisdom.

i'm done with being fat. from this point on i'm in a new chapter. liek i've been saying all month, "i'm going balls to the wall!!!!":shock:

im planning on joining a gym too, im also a vegetarian but I eat chicken, no red meat though, I can´t stand the taste, recently I´m trying to eat more salads but yesterday I was naughty and went out for tea, I had crispy chicken wings and chips! So today I have to be more aware of what I´m putting in my mouth to make up for yesterday!

What are your favourite low cal meals?

I make this salad of tomatoes, onions, red peppers, half a tin of tuna, vinegar and oregano, It´s delicious and has 150cals so I team it up with a bit of soup.
