This last Saturday, I was a part of a team of three guys running a mountain trail race in Colorado. For my friends this was the biggest physical challenge of their lives. The course was 10 miles uphill to a 13,000 foot pass and then downhill  for 7 miles to the town of Telluride. The run was hard and we were sore for days. But it was sure worth it. I now have 4 new people that want to take on this challenge for next year. They have a year to get ready. This goal will change their lives as they prepare and as they successfuly complete the race. Even their families will be impacted by this event.
