Hey everyone,
I am a 19 yr old, 5'5, college student looking to get healthier and fitter each day. It would be great if someone had the same goals and we could help eachother stay motivated.

Hey, let's be diet buddies. I'm also a college student and am 22 years old. Let's share things such as how we feel everyday, if we've felt tempted to snack or overeat...

Yea, that would be great! Do you have any specific goals?
over the weekend I bought only healthy things from publix and Im trying to bring my lunch each day to campus- saving money never hurt! :)

When I stay for the day, I also bring lunch (can't go around squandering, right?). But in front of other people I behave well: eat salad and stuff, but it's when I'm alone that I misbehave. How shameful! LOL

| A salad of kale and scallions (mustard for dressing) together with cooked vegetables and some non-red meat. You? Today I had that same salad, yoghurt and cheese for dinner.
