Hello everyone.

I discovered this site while searching for more weight loss ideas.  I fear I may be becoming anorexic.  It's scary I hate this feeling.  I'm a female 5.5' 1/2" tall and weigh now 123. I wear size 5 jeans (loose fitting).  I feel I could stand to lose a few more pounds.  I felt great at 125 but now that i'm 123 I feel I need to lose more.  This may sound silly to some, but this is part of why i'm here. 

I don't want to become anorexic w/ bdd (body dismorphic disorder which I think i may have)

Anyone else suffer from this constant need to weigh less and less.  I mean you get to your goal weight and then want to lose more.

I normally eat around 1500 to 1800 a day and lose weight.  I walk from around 1 to 2 hours a day at 4 mph.

I allow 1 treat day a week but that's only if i am under 125 now.  On treat day I can have up to 2500 calories and sustain my weight ( I sometimes gain water weight that day and lose that when I get back on track over the next following days)

Well I am glad I found this site and look forward to meeting you guys and gals:)
