Hi! :smile:  Today is my first day of the HCG Diet.  I plan on a 40 day course of injections.  I am so determined to lose this weight!  My question is....regarding the Simeon's Diet he recommends waiting 6 weeks between the 1st & 2nd round, then waiting 8 weeks between the 2nd & 3rd round, then waiting 12 weeks between the 3rd & 4th round, then waiting 20 weeks between the 4th & 5th round.  Has anyone else completed this many rounds?  Is it vital that you really wait the specified wait times in between rounds?  :dizzy:

This seems very complicated, wouldn't it just be easier to count calories?
