How to look at yourself a new way - Body Image and Self Esteem - General Discussions

I found this website that takes your picture and shows you how you would look thin. So I ordered some pictures and I thought I looked sooooo much better. I taped these photos to my mirror in my bathroom so it was the first thing I saw in the morning. It really helped my self esteem. It really helped having that mental image. I didn't realize how much it would! I think there a few sites that do this but the one I used was thinphoto.com. It's a great motivator!

It would surely remind you of your diet and scare the #%@&! out of you when you look at your obese picture.
