Hi, I'm 24, female, 5'2'' and 177 pounds on my bedroom scales and I'm looking for a weight loss buddy to communicate with on a daily basis with texts and e-mails and maybe a phone call once in a while to help with motivation and incitement.

I'd like to get down to 11Stone and then 10stone and then lower, but we'll see when we get there. For now, I am 12 stone 9 pounds and i'd like to lose those 23 pounds.

If people want to communicate just by e-mail that's fine too! i'm just aware that i need the support!

hi do u still need a buddy? I´m from the uk but am currently living in Spain. My goal is to lose 10pounds.
