Hi
Not sure if you can eat something like an apple . banana and a piece of cheese along with your l cup of coffee at work.
Another energy booster is perhaps a Kashi Bar or other similarbar. If you cut out coffee too quickly you will get headaches. I don't know about energy drinks but I think they are full of sugar and caffeine. And cause one to crash shortly after.
Hope this helps some. Real food is more apt to give one sustained energy.
Cheerio

| Getting plenty of electrolytes and protien are essential for good energy levels. Try eating more fruits and low-fat protiens like nuts and avacados.

| Refined carbs like white breads and pastas are metabolised faster by your body so they sustain you for less time. Whole grains stay in your system longer and fuel your body better. If you're looking for more energy I would stay away from refined carbs.

| This may sound odd, but I find that I have much more energy throughout the day if I work out in the mornings (10-15min cardio). I usually eat breakfast everyday, but on the days that I actually get up and do some cardio I feel energized all day long.

| I have started taking coq10 on a daily basis. I have noticed a huge increase in my energy levels. Its like a catalyst for your metabolism. I am pleased with the results!

| I agree with Geabox, some cardio in the AM gets me going for the day.
