| Hello all. Dr. Fuhrman's plan makes a lot of sense to me, and since I love salads, vegs, fruit and beans, I should have no problem eating like this. I am female, 62 and about 50 lb overweight. I walk/jog for about 45 minutes every morning. And lift light weights 2 or 3 times a week. I am going on a 2 week vacation this summer and hope to lose maybe 20 lb before I go. I see there's not much traffic on this site, but hopefully there are some other ETL's out there. Glad to be here.

Hey!
Another new user here. I haven't decided if I will get on the program yet. I was hoping for some advice before I decide.
I'm a 27 year old female, tall and not really overweight. I have been a vegetarian (I do do dairy) for, pooh, eight years now. Have very healthy eating habits but have been gaining weight slowly. I am quite active but I'm suffering from energy loss lately. My main goal is to get my energy back, to loose some pounds would be a great addition. Any thoughts on if this would be the program for me?
And something else - is vinegar allowed?
Thanks!
