| Ok so I have recently gained back the 20 pounds I lost 1 1/2 years ago, and I decided to dust off my exercise dvd collection and get back to work. I have slim in 6, Taebo Flex, and Cardio Quick Fix and I also have the original Taebo Basic vcr tape. I started using the vcr tape to get back into the swing of things, then I saw the infomercial for Taebo in 10, so I ordered it and I love it. You can customize your workout, each workout is 10 minutes. there is 6 different areas he work's on; abs, glutes, legs, bi and triceps, back, shoulders and chest. I do the glutes, legs and bi/triceps, for a 30 minute workout and let me tell ya, I have sweat dripping off me like no other time I work out. And I can really feel it the next day! I am going to do this at least 4 times a week. Do you think 4 times a week is enough? I am really sore right now from doing this monday through thursday and I want to take the weekend off. Any other tae bo fans?

I've tried it before, I think.
Is it the one with that black guy named Billy or something?
Either way it worked some for me, to bad I didn't own the DVD's I just borrowed them. Ohwell. But yea I heard it works wonders, well it did work on me!.
