Well I'm a 19 year old guy and a couple years back when I was 17, I weighed a whopping 262 pounds, yeah I was big.
But over the course of this year I've come down to 184 pounds. I used to drink soda non stop, and once I kicked that habit weight started falling off at a good rate. Then I cut back on how much I ate, this helped as well, as well as getting outside and being more active over the summer.
So needless to say, I feel much better, and feel much more confident then I ever have before. So for anyone struggling, just keep at it, because it IS worth the effort you put into it.
