Me first:
I love my ... knees! Yes knees. They used to look like canned hams, now they look like actual knees. They look good in skirts too!

I love.... when women wear skirts. Oh yes... I love my face. Even though Im new to this diet I always lose weight in my face pretty quickly. I'm glad to see everything tighten up and for my double chin to start melting away already. I love visual improvement. I feel good now.

I love my...face. Yeah, that's about it. It's one of the few areas that doesn't sag.

I love my hands and my feet. I like to flex my toes and see the little lines pop out on them. Same with my hands. ^^

| This is a really weird question. I don't think I "love" any part of my body. I sat here thinking about it.....maybe my hair. It is long and naturally wavy. I dunno.

I love my......hands. They're all dainty and cute and are the smallest out of all my friends. lol, they're also the only part of me thats even remotely tiny. Its fun to emphasize them with cute bracelets and nail polish.

| My waist! I've always had a small waist in ratio but now it's really defined. It's makes me feel really feminine, which is a nice change!!!

Maybe not love, but I'm rather happy about how my arms are improving. =) They're not nearly as puffy/saggy/wobbly. Especially my forearms and wrists. And, while I'm mentioning that, my fingers are thinner so my wedding ring is loose! =D

I love my back and shoulders. I've been doing some moderate weight lifting & pilates and when I move I can see the muscles of my back and arms also moving and the arch of my back compliments it I suppose. Heh quite a strange part of the body to love.

The only part of my body that gained weight and i was actually happy about it is my chest. I went from a B to a D and I couldnt be happier! I hope they don't disappear when I lose weight that would make me sad.
Other than that, i suppose my ears would be my next favorite body part, i have an obsession with earrings.

Haha, yeah me too.
Oh, and I have a new body part to love. Since I really started exercising, my calves are all shapely and more muscle-y now; not flabby llike they used to be.

actually, speaking of pairs of things, I actually really do like how my strength training has affected the girls--I do overhead presses and this helps them to sit up nice and high and at attention.
oh yeah and that sunglasses face has definitely been me all day today. I went to Rite Aid to get some provisions and kept my sunglasses on the whole time. I do this anytime I have been partying all night, but Jan 1st is great because it's like the acceptable time to walk around admitting that you have been partying all night LOL!!!

lol, yep I know I didn't need that much wine last night.
I don't know why I had it in my head to drink up the rest of that box in the refrigerator. I think I was trying to prove that I could still stay up late and party, like I use to, lol.....
some day I will learn that I am just to old for that kind of stuff, lol.

| You're so lucky Cindy, even the slightest bit of alcohol makes me binge like crazy. I have to really plan my night out if I'm having alcohol so I don't go nuts and gain a bunch of weight.

I have to say- I LOVE ME! My most improved " body part " is my face. I am loving the single chin as compared to the double I had for so long!!!

I'm not sure this is a body part though, or if it's counted, but honestly what I love about my body is my immune system. I've been having a pretty great immune system and I rarely get sick compared to most people.
This is good right?

I love my curves. My waist and hips in jeans and my lower back which I can now see after I lost all the weight. It's very feminine and balances out my broad shoulders and back.

my calves, my shoulders and collar bone region and as of late, i am getting a kick out of seeing that "cut" in my upper belly area....i guess the working of a six pack if you can have that in a female? lol....
now, if i can just keep the workouts consistent and keep toning up i will enjoy much more of my body! :)
