Looking for opinions ^_^ . Ive gained A LOT of weight this last year, and i would really like to get back to my old body. Everytime i diet i lose my once very full butt. I want to lose weight and all, but i really dont want a flat butt. So what's your opinion on fat grafting?

| Why not do exercises to increase the size of the muscles in your butt? It looks better that way anyways. Stepping up on a high stair is a great butt workout, as well as using an elliptical on an incline (not all machines have that, but the ones that do are a great workout).

| Squats and lunges will help you tone your butt while you're losing weight. There are really nice exercises that would only need household items. Don't turn to surgery right away.

| Forget fat grafting, if you want a booty, do the stair stepper, I have a naturally flat behind and after using that I had to stop because it was getting too big! All the while I'm still losing weight elsewhere. Try the stair stepper first!
