Back from an absolutely yummy lunch. I went to this restaurant I loved and had a cup of their vegetable beef soup & their mixed grill kebob (a little piece tenderloin, a little piece of smoked sausage, a scallop, a shrimp, veggies with a sesame glaze on veggie rice). I calculated it out at 1050 cals. The food was only about 800, but I felt like there was a lot of oil so I compensated there. Oh, my was it good.
So I am at 1266 for the day. In other words - done. It's 1pm. Yeah, like that's going to happen. So let's make the total cals for today goal 1500. My supposed RMR is 1726. (I say supposed because I think my hatred of exercise means I have less muscle mass then what is needed for this to be the right RMR for me. But whatever.) So I should not go up even if i have a little something after work tonight. I also just shouldn't weigh myself tomorrow, but you know I will. (I weighed 220 today. You know how I hate unexplained jumps even though they rarely mean anything. Again, whatever.)
Maybe I'll drag the BF out for an after work walk.

Yay for 1000th post! Chatty cathy, eh? Maybe I'll start calling your Margarita Catherine...
That does sound like a yummy lunch! Kudos for moderation, and kudos x2 for no dessert.

Frick, drag the bf out for a walk...... take him out dancing....burns a ton of calories...
After spending this friday night by myself. I think my hubby will be facing some dancing sometime in the near future... Maybe as soon as tomorrow night...

| Midge, that lunch sounds just yummy! Always worth it to plan ahead and eat conservatively so you can enjoy something like that! I figure if I am going to go out and PAY for something, it better be good!

Well, Cindy here is almost to 4000, and she's still kickin', so I think you'll be OK.

Yep! and I will still be kicking after 4000 post. I will even still be kicking after I turn 40 pretty soon. How ironic! I will probably hit both about the same time....lol

Oh suuuuure....I finally come back - and find you gone! Just my luck.
If you're still interested, I bought that ChaLEAN Extreme exercise program (turbo Jam lady) and just started it last week and I LOVE IT! I think I remember you had a similar interest in it awhile ago.
Anyway, hope you get that 'hiney' Nick was talking about back in here, too.
