Welcome!
All new members must post at least once to confirm their registration in the forums, and this is as good a place to begin as any! Though posting an introduction here is optional.
You are invited to just say hello, or share as much as you'd like about yourself. Also, before posting, be sure you have read the Membership Instructions and Posting Guidelines.
A lot of people find our forums directly and aren't familiar with our website. If that's the case with you, be sure to check out all the links across the top of this page. The food and calories burned calculators, and most important, the tutorial.
If you're new to diet and weight loss, or tired of dieting and failing, we believe you'll find the answer in education -- learning to eat well and exercise in a way that you can enjoy for the rest of your life. And the Tutorial is a great place to start.
Also be sure to take a look at all the different forums in which you can participate. Especially consider finding a Diet Buddy to work with, and starting your own Diary to learn more about your habits and why you overeat. And join our current weight loss challenge!
