Hi everyone!
I'm here to lose weight. I'm 24 yr old girl, 5'5 in height and weigh 143 pounds. I am unhappy about my weight gain, I used to be around 130 around a year ago. This sudden increase in my weight gain is attributed to probably eating cakes, chocolates, more coffee, less activity and irregular sleeping habits.
I work late night at times and tend to snack on junk food. Recently I have started having mild chest pain, knee joint pain, blurred vision, and headache. I just cannot take it anymore.
That's why I am here! Oh, I almost forgot, I have this very very bad habit of putting things off, changing my mind and almost never following my plans when it comes to dieting. I have a very bad urge to eat sugared items.
I don't like crash dieting and I also don't like starving since I have tried it before and Ive ended up being gaining more weight.
So just like all of you, I'm here to reach out to people who want to stay motivated to lose weight.

Welcome!
Reading your post, it sounds like you might do well to find a diet buddy to work with in the forums. It really helps to be accountable to someone.
About your sugar, you also might get a kick out of peeking at my diet buddy forum. trimB and Lucky Me and I all report the sweets we eat! Keeps us on our toes!
