Hello, my name is Beth. I am 54 and must lose around 80 lbs. I've got some back problems and can't do much exercise right now. Doctor says losing weight is a guaranteed improvement to the back. Maybe I can walk some in a week or two. I've done a lot of things in my time, but losing all this weight will be a miracle. I'm not particularly confident at the moment. My hopes are that I can get on this forum and communicate with someone before I go nuts in the afternoon and start binging. I have a beautiful swimming pool out back that I won't even get into because I'm so fat. Well, there. At least I've been honest. Maybe that will be a start. I did use the juicer for breakfast instead of eating a bagel. Thanks for reading.

Back, knees, the weight makes a tremendous difference!
