Before attempting to register, please first read the Membership Instructions.
The first step to register is to click on the Register link in the upper left corner of this page. If you do not see it, it is likely that you are already registered and logged in, and you see a [Logout] link instead.
As part of the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail address. This is to confirm that you have entered your e-mail address correctly so that you can receive e-mail notifications of posts to topics you are watching. This way you don't need to keep checking back to see if someone else posts a reply.
You must click on the link in your confirmation e-mail in order to complete the registration process.
Unfortunately, it's a common problem in registering that confirmation e-mails are stopped by spam filters. If you have a spam filter, you must add forums@caloriesperhour.com to your address book or whitelist before clicking on Send to submit your registration. This will ensure that your confirmation e-mail does not get caught by the filter.
If you are not able to resolve your problems with registering, please send us an e-mail and we will be glad to help you. Be sure to give us the user name you used trying to register, as well as your e-mail address.
