How to Put a Link in Your Post - Help Using the Forums - Forum Business - All Members Must Read the Brief Membership Instructions and Posting Guidelines

First, please be sure to see what the Forum Posting Guidelines say about putting links in your posts.

You can simply enter the entire URL (website address) like this:

http://www.caloriesperhour.com/forums/forum16/1758.html

But if prefer to turn your text into a link as I did with Forum Posting Guidelines in the first paragraph, here's how to do it:

1. Enter the text.

2. Highlight the text with your cursor, then click on the

icon and enter the complete URL.

3. Click on OK.

Before taking the above steps you might want to copy the URL so that you don't have to type it. Here's how to do that:

1. Highlight the URL with your cursor, or if it's in a box of its own place the cursor somewhere within the URL and type Ctrl A.

2. Type Ctrl C to copy it.

3. After clicking on the

icon, type Ctrl V to paste it into the box.

4. Click on OK.
