Hi. Your BMI is 36.6 which means there is potential for rapid weight loss. The diet plan I recommend for you is the "six week plan" (don't worry, you can do it for more than 6 weeks - do it until you reach your goal weight)
and buying the book "Eat To Live" by Dr Joel Fuhrman. But just starting to follow the plan is a start. (If you are a calorie-counter, aim low: 1100-1500. Sticking to the food choices of the plan will help you 'fill up' on low calories)
Plain and simple, diet and excerise. No pills can do it for you, you gotta work for it. Cardio is the best way to burn off excess fat. I don't know how active you already are, but if you're not, start off running one mile. Once one mile gets to be fairly simply work up to two. Also crunches, do about two or three sets of twenty, depending on how out of shape you are. The key is to not start extreme, it takes baby steps. Also what you eat is a major part in losing weight. If you keep eating junk food and you wor out you really won't see any results. Cut off soda, and try to limit your fast food intake. I lost 30 pounds following all of this in one month. I only eat fast food once, maybe twice a month tops and I don't really drink soda at all. Water is very good for you too, drink plenty.
