So I am 128 pounds, 22 years old and 5'1''. I have been on my diet for only a week and have lost 4 pounds; I started out at 132. Would like to be back down to 107 pounds like I was in high school. I am super motivated because I have a wedding coming up in about 5 weeks.
On to my question. I've never had a child yet. But since I have gained so much weight in the last 4 years I have stretch marks on my breasts, upper arms, inner thighs, and hips. I also have cellulite on my butt and thighs really bad. Will losing my weight reduce any of this? I know drinking more water and massaging where the cellulite is will help but is there anything else I can do? I look "ok" in a bikini but I hate my thighs because they have really deep cellulite and also stretch marks on the inner side. I know about the pure coco butter to help "prevent" stretch mark but will it actually reduce them as well??
I herd a old wise tale about Hemroid Ointment shrinking stretch marks. Is this true??
Thank you!
Also wanted to add another question. I have a breast size of 38C. Full of stretch marks and saggy saggy saggy saggy! How much does surgery usually run, cost wise, to get a breast lift??

hey countrybride,
I saw this post and realised we are the same height and around the same weight, I´ve just started back on the wagon, I fell off when I lost my job and although I still have no job I know I need to take care of myself, especially when the bicini season is around the corner.
I´m 5´2 last time I weighed myself I was 128 pounds, I have bad cellulite in my thighs and butt and have also noticed stretch marks on my thighs, even though I have not had a baby just like you haven´t.
I have researched hours and hours on cellulite, I have a big scrap book full of workout, nutrition tips you name it, its all on paper but I have to put it to use.
I think the most important thing to reduce cellulite is drinking a ton of water, and walking a lot. Recently I walk about 30 mins a day with the dog as she too has a few pounds to loose. I dont think its enough but at least its something.
If you want we can help eachother, we have similar goals and are similar body like (apart from the chest, I wish I was bigger in that department!)
If you want we can talk on facebook or hotmail, let me know.
oh ill leave you with this tip from the biggest loser season 13:
If you´re not movin´, you´re not loosin´! I love that, so true.

| That sounds great. We can message each other on here. I dont have a facebook lol. So far ive been eating around 600 calories and burning about 700-1000 per day. I do tae bo in the morning. Afternoon i talk a 60-90 min power walk the in the evening i go bike riding for about 30 mins. Ive lost 4 pounds in 1 week and about 1 inch off my waist; so im pretty happy about that. Cant wait to reach my goal because i plan on never getting to this weight again!! I hate it lol

wow, arent you hungry? You should ideally not be having lower than 1200 calories a day. Exercise wise I think you are doing great, I wish I had that drive to workout so much. I´ve only been walking 20mins a day and I definetely need to do more than that.
It´s been a few months since I last weighed myself so tomorrow I´m gonna see and make friday my weigh in days.
Ideally I would like to loose 2 pounds a week. That´s a safe weight loss per week for people our weight. Maybe the 4 pounds is a bit high, I think its due to your low calorie consumption.
Tomorrow I´m making a big pot of vegetable soup as I find if I have that in the house I´ll eat that rather than make an unhealthy option.
I am #%@&! at running, it would be a great achievement if I could run a 10k mini marathon. My idea is to train for that, its gonna take a lot of will power. Nobody believes that I could do it as I cant even run for 30 seconds with gasping for air!
I use to do taebo too, that billy kicks your butt! Well done on your exercise you have motivated me to do exercise.

AnnieMarie,
Well actually its closer to 700-900 calories a day. HA, actually I hardly get hungry at all lol. Its really weird but I break up my meals into 5 times a day, so I'm pretty much always eating! I eat breakfest, snack, lunch, snack, & then dinner. Here is a example of one of my meal days, off my log app from March 6th, on my android phone.
Breakfest: Special K Red Berries Cerial- 110 calories; w/ Skim milk- 86 calories
Snack: Green Apple (without pealing)- 77 calories
Lunch: Strawberries 'n Cream Equate Weight Loss Shake- 170 calories
Snack: Banana- 105
Dinner: Ravioli & Chicken Marinara- 260 calories
Total Calories- 808
I usually drink about 5 or 6, 16oz of Pure Life bottled water and also like some diet green tea to mix it up.
Excercise is very important. It was nice to know, even on the days I am lazy and decide to not do a darn thing; I am still burning 500+ calories.

So a funny thing happened, I had these new scales and stepped on them and they broke, they wouldnt turn on, so I dont know exactly how much I weigh.
Yesterday I did taebo and today I did it too, It made me a bit sad to see I was out of breath the whole way through, a few years ago when I lived at home I could do 30 mins of it without breaking a sweat, i used to be fit but I´ve become lazy.
Also if youre up for a challenge today I did 500 steps on the staircase going up and down on the same step. I did it in 15mins 17 secs so next week I´ll beat the record. Steps are really good for a bit extra for your butt and it does work up a sweat.
Do you not get hungry after your last meal? I stay up quite late so a few hours after my meal im hungry again, and my worst enemy is my sweet tooth at night. I just have to be disciplined and stay focused.
Keep up the good work. What day are you weighing in?
