Just joined and found your post. If you are still struggling with this problem, then I might be able to offer some advice. The body opperates in a unique way in that while exercise is great for reducing weight coupled with dieting, note that as your post suggests, you have reached a plateau. You will therefore need to increase your exercise program and note that dieting does not necessarily work. What you need to do is probably involve or increase your intake of fruits and vegies. There might also be additional information, however, we may need to connect otherwise.
