1. Understand your cravings

Find that food and satisfy yourself. You may also find a calorie-match for your cravings. For example, you crave for chocolate chips and eat fruit instead; you get to eat as much until you feel content. A few slices of apples are way healthier and more satisfying than a single bite off that chocolate chip cookie.

2. Use a few tricks.

Nope, no magic tricks here. Just fool your stomach, as what they say. Eat some low-calorie salads that fill you up before your main course not only makes you eat less, it lets you consume fewer calories than you’re supposed to.

3. Squeeze in exercise.

Sweat it out, even once in a while. Exercise doesn’t have to be in the gym all the time. Those extra steps you make, the extra half-mile walks will do. If stuck in a long line, do some tap dancing or maybe some stretching. Put some groove when listening to your iPod – dance while you’re at it. If you need to get something, get it yourself. A few ten minutes of sweat burns more or less around 50 calories, adding up to around 350 calories a week.

WATER! - Drink it when you first start feeling hungry and watch how it will help with the hungry feelings.

I've also had people drink a glass of water before they eat each meal. They feel fuller when they have eaten the amount of food that they should be eating, instead of wanting additional helpings.  Don't forget to still dring water during your meals too though.

I drink Green Tea or have a handful of almonds to fight cravings.

A nice three rounds of three minutes beating up the punching bag helps you get your mind back on track!

Hello everyone,

Drinking water 1.5 - 2 liters a day is healthy to your body.

Eating salads with low calories count is very good to our health.

There are vegetables and fruits which possess what is called "Negative Calories Effect", which means that they can help you lose weight by burning calories stored earlier in your body in the form of fat.

Check this post containing a list about these vegetables and fruits

http://www.caloriesperhour.com/forums/forum44/10421.html

and try to make a salad from this list.

One trick I use - replace high calorie/carb recipes with crackers or whole grain alternatives. Instead of a sandwich with two slices of bread, I'll bring a box of Wasa crispbread with me to work and top it with leftover chicken or turkey, chopped tomato and a little bit of cheese. Tricks me into thinking I'm eating a sandwich, but it's tasty and crunchy too! I have done some work with Wasa and often check back on their Facebook page for other recipe ideas - facebook.com/wasa

A good weight loss diet and nutrition are key components that will determine how successful you are in your  program. Training without proper nutrition is like rowing against the current. At best, you would remain on the same place or even move forward a little bit, but in the end, you get nowhere.

I like to use rowing machine for weight loss. The rowing machine is an excellent choice for losing weight. Not only is rowing a great way of burning extra calories, it has a host of secondary benefits that will help you melt away the pounds. Rowing is a flexible workout that scales easily to your level of fitness. It is a total body workout that builds muscle and improves your cardiovascular system, and it’s a low impact workout which lowers the risk of injury.

Well weightloss is important topic to discuss . You may see everywhere the people are interested to look slim and lose extra fats from body that is why they are in search of ideas and places to lose weight and look smart and attractive . So there is a trend of people going to gym or fitness training centres where you are advised how to get fitness , how to manage weight and how to have fitness and then which foods are important for their health . So i feel it is very good option to go there and if you get the desired results then it is idyllic in my view

For years I tryed to get a flat stomach. But I only focused on working out not my nutrition.:dizzy: Crazy huh.
Just recently I learned that the six pack begins in the kitchen and most importantly with your H2O intake. Now most of you reading this are proably thinking "what a rockie." But quite honestly it is so easy to neglect the simple stuff. Or maybe we are just not educated on the way our bodies work.

To lose weight there is no option for dieting and exercises. Water is also very helpful to lose weight as it increases our metabolism rate.
