Hello,
well im new to this and i am also starting my slimquick hoodia diet today[10/13/09]
my current weight is 203. Ill be working out 30 minutes a day [mon-fri] and of course watching what i eat, my goal weight is 170+.
So a little about myself, Im a wife and a mother to 4 beautiful kids and the great part that made me fat is im a stay at home mom...nooooooo!!!! So in this all im just trying to feel better about myself and to prove to myself that i can do it!
