| Hi, im 30 years old, medically obese, and have a very hard time exercising. I know that I need to, inorder to lose weight, it just requires so much exertion. Anyone have any recommendations or alternatives?

In my own personal experience, it took BOTH counting calories/eating healthy and exercise to lose the weight. I have now lost 36 pounds and am maintaining this new loss. I think for any sustainable loss, you need to make a lifestyle change...which includes some forms of activity.
Yes, you could probably drop some pounds with exerting yourself much...but keeping it off for good is another story. JMO...
