i heard about these fasting tablets called ramadan fasting tablets
and they're originally made for muslims who take them before fasting during ramadan and it helps them not feel thirsty or feel hungry and it also gives them energy throughout the day
i tried it cause i have a bottle and it literaly made me feel bloated and couldnt even eat a piece of anything
you can google it it is actually a realy good diet supplement

The thought of feeling bloated would keep me far away from it. I hate feeling bloated . Let us know how you do on it.

well i guess it's different for everyone but the bloating went down pretty fast
i felt great afterwards actually i've beeen on it for a week and i lost 6 pounds
it's not in stores yet but it will be sold in arab stores or you can order it online
