Hi, just to let you know I'm currently trying out Proactol. I've got a few dress sizes to drop before June and in desperation bought these pills. So far they have suppressed my appetite and I'm happy to say I've had absolutely no adverse side effects. I've been on these for just over a week, I'm keeping a diary so post a daily update there.

I hope this is helpful.

Well, Proactol is clinically proven to work. And you do get a money back guarantee if you buy a three months supply. It works in two ways, reducing the fat of what you eat and reducing cravings.

Hoodia Gordonii is an appetite suppressant that a lot of people swear by.

This video might explain the differences.

If you need more information about Proactol, take a look at this video:

thanks for that........I did read up on them before I bought them but there is very little feedback from people who have used them who don't appear to be selling or promoting them.

No problem... And to be honest some pills suit some people more than others. So what works for one person might not work for another. Always best to go with a supplement that has a guarantee, whichever one you try.

For some reason my post got deleted. I had a site I had used for information about this topic but they think I'm spam. Im a military guy serving my country and sharing what worked for me. Some think I'm out to make a buck. So if interested just send me an email and I would be glad to discusss my experience with you.

About two weeks ago I purchased Lipodrene and was given a product called Thermophedra and it works better than anything I have taken in years.
The only thing that worked better was prescription phentermine, which you cant get any more.

I've lost 10 pounds in the two weeks and I have a ton of energy.  I plan on starting to exercise and hopefully I will lose more.  But just wanted everyone to know about this product. Its been wonderful for me.

There are a lot of weight loss programs out here and they all have some dieting plan for you to follow. When you join them you have to change your life to follow their plan. If you take in pills then you are not changing anything at all and more important, you are not getting the motivation and training you need to keep going. When you start trying to lose weight then you have to set goals for yourself. How much do you want to lose, why do you want to lose anything at all? Will your life change in any way? Can you picture yourself after 1 year, 2 years, 5 years and 10 years? It´s all about the long term, you are losing weight for your future and I don´t think you can do that by buying a box with 200 magic pills.

I´m not trying to be mean, I´m just trying to let you look at the whole picture.
Good Luck!

When rational and not desperate and under pressure to loose weight I agree with some of what you've said. However, I've bought the Proactol and because I've paid quite a bit of money for them I'm certainly going to keep using them.

I'm not even sure if they're working as I am highly motivated at the moment. I do know that my appetite is suppressed and while it is, my body is weaning itself off all the #%@&! I used to consume. I'm sure that once I do stop using Proactol which I will when this supply runs out, my eating habits should be reformed. They are already......and I'm down a dress size probably not through Proactol but because I'm watching more carefully what I'm eating.

I don't agree with getting consumed with weighing yourself, constantly monitoring food or dieting. That is depressing we need to get to the root of the problem and discover what makes us turn to food? We also need support to make informed choices which suit us. What might work for one person will not work for another. I also believe that for some people there is an addiction and emotional attachment to food which goes far, far deeper than giving them the old 'life style change' lecture.

I know, my closest friend who was obese and warned repeatedly to change her 'lifestyle' died from heart failure. That 'life style change' advice certainly didn't work for her. Maybe if there were pill which could have suppressed her appetite until she got her eating under control she'd still be here. Pills might have their place under certain circumstances.

Food plans, dieting etc. ...if it were as simple as you suggest why are there so many people out there struggling to make these ' lifestyle changes'. It's easy to say and harder to do. People need support to understand why they are over eating not judged.

You've just proved a point to me ....I have to date not come across anyone on these forums using Proactol who is not promoting or selling it. It's a pity you sent that link, now I think (rightly or wrongly) that you have a vested interest.

I did indeed try the product, and I am telling you from my own experience. I got into affiliate program noticing it on their websitee, so that I can support my studies in foreign country that I am.
sorry if that discredits me as user, but try to realize that there are those who may both use it and promote it online. There is nothing wrong with that.

I want to recomend the R&D Diet Cookie here.  I appoligize to those of you who don't think it should be in this forum... but it works the same as diet pills so that's why I posted it here.  I have lost 30 lbs using the R&D Diet Cookie.  It completely elliminates hunger and allows you to stick to a very low calorie diet (which is what diet pills do).  The cookie is a food though and not a pill.  Some of you may want to try it before going on some of the pills out there.  And, also like the pills, you don't stay on them forever... lose your weight quickly and easily then start a healthy eating/lifestyle program.  Good Luck everyone!

I think you should try the weight loss pills of a trust able pharmacy ,which have no side effects such as Trislim.Trislim is a weight loss product that is supposed to help you drop pounds and lose fat through the use of three highlighted ingredients. Other ingredients are added to help boost your metabolism and your energy even more.  If you want to be slim and stay that way, then Trislim is a product to consider.

A number of weight-loss pills are available at your local drugstore, supermarket or health food store. Even more options are available online. Most haven't been proved safe and effective, and some are downright dangerous.

Hi.  My name is Katherine.  I am currently taking Slimquick as my diet supplement.  I am also going to start doing Tae Bo again atleast 3 times a week.  I have began making healthy swaps in my diet, such as drinking water rather than soda, getting healthier butter, and wheat bread instead of white.  I currently weigh 167 pounds.  I would like to be down to somewhere between 130 and 135 lbs. by July of next year.  Any suggestions are welcome.

Associate your diet plans, slimming teas and pills, and exercise with discipline. There's no way you could achieve a perfect shape when you don't get to discipline yourself. As for me, I tend do everything slowly together with my effective way of killing those nasty fats away. And thank God! Got this perfect body for years now.

Eat less of higher quality foods.
Get up and move more - walk, jog, ride a bike.
Add a supplement to get you over the 'hump'.
A new set of supplements uses Leptin - the hormone your cells release to tell your brain "we're full".
Our modern lives - stress, poor eating, etc. - mess with our body chemistry, and sometimes those messages don't get through.
Leptin supplements, like Mandura TRIM, help cut through the 'clutter' and make sure your brain knows when to stop eating. Naturally.
Safe, effective, and Clinically Proven.

There is no reason that one needs a supplement to lose weight.  If you are forced to take a pill to do it, you obviously don't understand weight loss and once you stop taking that pill, you will just put the weight right back on.  I've seen it countless times.

In my opinion weight loss tablets dont really do much to benefit you in the long term. The best option to loose weight is a lifestyle change, if you eat healthily and exercise the weight will come off and youll be less likely to put it back on aswell.

I've been using super slimmer diet pill. I found it doing a search in bing and something really attracted me to it! it said that besides losing weight it helped you clear you liver, eyesight and liver. It also stated that you will not lose muscle tone but only fat.

so far I have been using it for a month and i cant be happier. it really does work and I have more energy than ever before.

I have lost close to 18 lbs but most important I havent had any side effects at all. At first I was a little skeptical buying this new product but the site of the corporation that sells them partners with major companies and agencies that promote/safeguard customer security. Im glad I tried them.

I thought I would post here.  I am trying to lose some excess weight.  Not a obscene amount.  Only about 20-30 pounds. I have started a new work out regimen and am eating better.  Although I do allow myself to cheat a bit on weekends.  Regardless it has only been two weeks but I still fear I may not see results as fast as I want.  I would like something to help burn off a lot of weight initially and then afterwards through working out and smart eating keep it off.  I have tried things like Hydroxycut and Xenadrine.  I know these are kind of the cookie cutter supplements out there.  For me the issue is that I can't take the recommended 2 pills 3 times per day because the caffeine is simply too much for me.  I can take half that and I have enough energy to last me all day until midnight or 1 am.  As such I know they aren't being very effective because I'm not taking the recommended dosage.  Is there a supplement that is a bit less reliant on caffeine?  I hear good things about Isatori LS7 and its somewhat affordable.  I know there are really good options for 60-70 dollars per bottle.  But thats not really an affordable option.  Thanks for your help.

OK, maybe I shouldn't be on this particular topic because I REALLY don't believe in supplements.  There is no shortcut.  The only way to lose weight is to reduce the number of calories you eat.  If you take a supplement to curb your appetite... what will happen after you stop taking the supplement?  Will you take it the rest of your life?  I'm not saying it is easy to reduce the number of calories but you need to find a product that does that naturally.  Certain foods do it.  Now I will get off my soapbox (sorry). :nono:

Proactol is great. But you dont need to take supplements. There are free tips to lose weight. Do a daily exercise and combine it with a good food plan and drink a lot of water.

If you take in tablets then you are not altering any thing at all and more significant, you are not getting the motivation and teaching you require to hold going. When you start seeking to misplace heaviness then you have to set goals for yourself.

This is a most common as well as dangerous question. Many suggestions will come from many others. But i recommend don't take such supplement without consulting a specialist. Most of the supplement has few side effects. We people has different body type and different acceptance level. So which is a friend for one, may be foe for you. Be careful and best of luck.

I’m new in this forum and I would like to give you my experience with Ultraslim Formula.

I do exercise daily, go to the gym 4 days a week and I like to run at least 40 minutes 3 days a week still I had the problem that I could not lose excess fat from my abdominal area and thighs.

My trainer suggested  a diet but I didn’t succeed in marking my abs.

I saw comments about Ultraslim Formula on some forums, and spoke to my trainer about it, he said to give it a try.

I  have taken it for 2 months and the results are noticeable.

I have lost practically 10 pounds, I have finally lost excess fat without losing muscle tone. I can finally see my body defined and my working out really shows!

I am gaining weight day by day and everyone teasing me on my weight so it does not makes me feel good when I go outside. My friend suggested me xm3 caps (maxtransformation.com) to lose weight. Just wanted to know if any of you all have ever tried it and if so what your results were.

I would imagine they would work, but only if combined with a calorie deficit, achieved by eating fewer calories than your body normally requires and also doing some exercise

check out the tutorial too - http://www.caloriesperhour.com/tutorial.php

Hi, my name is Brie, I'm new to the board, but have been on my weight loss journey for awhile now.  I'm 5'4 and started at 150 pounds, but am currently down to 141 after only a few weeks with the help of a clean diet, exercise, and Oxyelite Pro.  I'd finally had enough with my weight and out of control appetite and started taking Oxyelite Pro after hearing about it from a friend.  It totally destroys my appetite and with it, I've been able to start drinking a lot more water and making smarter food choices, as well as getting to the gym.  Great product!
