Hi
I wanted to start taking Thinz - but found out that its a prescription drug and no longer available over the counter. Also read about some horrible side effects. So there goes that idea. My pharmacy advised me to rather use the new Thinz alcachofra. Apart from what she told me I also found a site with some product info (expatshop.co.za-Can anyone help with any more advice on this product as I am interested in trying it out especially as it seems a more natural way to loose weight .....

| Hi thanks for the link - its also the same info as expatshop.co.za info. They seem to be pretty reasonably priced compared to other diet pills? Have you tried used them?

I have never tried Thinz nor do I have any desire to. As Dani said, I really believe that the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to forget pills and just change your lifestyle. That's the only way. Otherwise, pills lead to a bunch of yo-yo-ing where you basically will end up fatter than ever in the end AND you could very well develop physical and mental health problems. If you want to take a pill, take a multivitamin.

| Hi thanks for the advice. I have been through the mill - and at times I just lack the motivation to keep up with what it takes to lose weight and feel I need the additional 'help' - thats why I am steering clear of the nasty diet pills. Also trying to find out as much about what I will use before I decide. Found a site with some useful reviews: reviewdietpills.weebly.com-maybe someone else would like to see the info they have collected before they jump in and buy pills.
