While you are counting calories, you will find that healthy foods contain much less calories than fast foods or junk foods, and choosing fruit as snacks helps you to lose weight.

Tips for becoming fit this year:

1. Exercise at least three days per week.
2. Do aerobic workouts
3. Start a strength training program
4. Stretch to increase the flexibility of your muscles
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
6. Set a specific time for your fitness workout.
7. Walk rather than drive short distances
8. Choose fruit rather than chips or bars as your snack
9. Bring your own lunch to work
10. Take the stairs rather than the elevator

I guess one of my tips which you can include if you want is to do some situps or pushups while in front of the tv. You know, I just get on the floor in the commercial break, and do a few situps. I guess it's better than nothing.

Well there are some fitness tips as the list below

- You must also drink no of glasses of water
- You also have to use Vegetables and fruits in Excess to be fit in your life
- Do Exercise daily in the morning

Hi Alica! Here I read your points as tips for becoming fit. All are really very good to be practiced in daily life. One thing here I would like to add is that if you can’t have things unsweetened just go for sugar substitutes. These things are just as sweetening but are certainly not fattening.

Thanks for Sharing. Tips you have suggested are really Good but difficult to follow, but for staying fit these are some of the basic things that everyone has to follow. I will try to follow these tips.
