It is evident that there are over a million products and methods to losing weight out there but, what they don't tell you is how very simple it is to lose weight naturally and maintain your natural, healthy form. ACOG is a proven herbal supplement that has been around for over 50 years helping people get to and maintain their natural figure. The key is how well the food we eat is digested and then eliminated. That is all there is to it. If you can maintain these two functions in the body (digestion & Metabolism + Elimination), you will always stay at your natural intended, healthy size and weight. If you build the digestion, you will also improve metabolism which will prevent you from gaining unnecessary weight. This is what they don't want you to know! The reason why the American obesity rate is so high now more than ever is because the foods we eat are now more processed, genetically altered and have less nutrients which make them harder for are bodies to digest. Reduce your intake of cheese, white bread, white flower, beef, pork, and dairy + take ACOG Colon Cleanse and see what happens to your belly, midsection, and overall body fat. ACOG works to build digestion, metabolism, elimination, eliminate parasites, and suppress the appetite just to name a few. Do your research and find out for your self. Are you at your natural size, weight, and figure?

| Yea it truly works well. I really appreciate the results I've gotten. It even helped me in ways I didn't realize for instance, i have more energy, my bowels are easier and quicker, im not as hungry during the day, and I even get up in the mornings earlier. These are just my personal experiences with this stuff. It's very easy to take just 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Nothing complicated or hard to remember. Check it out, I'm sure you'll be pleased. I saw a difference within a few days.

This morning's Poo Report:
Was awakened by my bowels at around 6:00am and hightailed it to the bathroom. Really water expulsion that felt pretty good to get out. It was really early in the morning and still dark and I didn't want to turn on the bathroom light because I don't like bright light in the early early morning (or any time really), so I didn't get to see exactly what the exodus was.
But uh, yeah! I hope that more and more stuff gets cleared out. I want to see some stuff come out like they have on the website!

Wow. That is a bit gross, but worth reading. I'm interested to know if this is worth trying out, so can't wait to see the results.

Haha, it is kinda gross, but like you said, good to know! I mean, what's the point of taking a colon cleanser if you don't notice anything really getting cleaned out?
I had one more little tiny bit of stuff come out, but nothing remarkable. Still waiting for something more satisfying. I will take my second dose today in about 1.5 hours.

Okay, well now I have taken 5 doses (3 pills each) over the past 2.5 days, and this morning my bowels woke me up EARLIER, like around 5am and I had what I think is the perfect bowel movement. If you have ever read about poo and what it's supposed to be like if you are eating really healthy, it is supposed to be one long continuous piece and about the consistency of a ripe banana. (Yes, I have studied poo extensively, I should have been a scatologist). And that was how it was this morning at 5am, so that was cool. Then, later, about 7:30am, I had another movement and that one came on sort of suddenly, and was pretty loose and it was lighter in color and I looked to see what else was up with it and I saw a lot of like reddish things that looked like pieces of red pepper or something, like salsa. Interesting.
I have heard that a lot of people expel black tire rubber looking stuff, i am waiting for that to happen!
This cleanse is supposed to clean out parasites too, so I wonder if I will see anyhting like that. I had a friend who went to Egypt and came back and did a colon clease, probably a few months later, and he said that he seriously expelled a really long worm. That is REALLY gross and would probably REALLY freak me out to see it in the toilet, but at least I would be glad it was out of me, although I would think Jesus, are there more of those in there? yikes!

| How long you would have to use it really depends upon which program or products you use. If I were you, I'd find a naturopathic doctor who will recommend the proper cleanse for you, as well as advise you what kind of a diet you should be consuming during and after the cleanse.

Make sure you are taking ACOG
ACOG is not a "common" colon cleanser. You will not see long disgusting pieces of poo like you see on some websites like colonix etc. ACOG does not promote this. When I take it, I usually feel normal and when it's time to go, the bowel movements are healthy and natural. You may not have bought the original ACOG Herbal Master Body & Colon Cleanse. If you did and you are having RUSHING watery bowel movements, you should look into what you are doing wrong and also look at what you are eating. Whenever I have questions, I just call their info and help line and they have a professional call me and assist me with any concerns I have. This is very helpful. If you are not sure if you purchased the original ACOG Master Body & Colon Cleanse, Google their official website and evaluate what you are actually taking. The number to call should be under the contact us link.

Another quick tip: any colon cleanse that strips the body of all the colon contents within seven to 14 days is dangerous. It is not healthy or beneficial to the body because it also strips the body of elements and bacteria that are needed.
This is another reason I take ACOG. When you take ACOG, you will not see this happen. Although you get immediate results, you will not see an entire "colon flush" because this is not at all good for the body. ACOG builds the body to eliminate sitting waste and will prevent waste from being stored in the colon by stregnthening natural body functions.

no, for sure it's the right one, I ordered off the site you posted. That watery rush was just the first day, everything has been basically pretty tame. But if it doesn't get rid of all that weird stuff--the black tire stuff and seaweed stuff, does that mean that is all still sitting there chilling inside of me?

You may not have black tarr stuff inside of you. In time, every thing that is sitting inside should come out by the time your first bottle is out. I also expected to see all kinds of things swimming around in the toilet bowl. However, some people have more waste and toxins in them than others. It is a good thing to see healthy stool instead of black tarr in the toilet. That means your colon is not as toxified as some people. But, just wait and see what you discover. No matter what, stay consistant and keep taking it untill the bottle is gone, you'll be happy you did.
P.S:
I'm going to do some research and also ask my doctor what that black tarr stuff is and what it represents and I'll share what I find out.

Okay, cool, that sounds good!
My Mom and Dad both had to have colonoscopies this year, and they had to drink some stuff that cleaned them out in about five hours! My Mom said that at the end, your #%@&! is so light, it's almost clear! That seems like it's REALLY cleaned out! And I thought, well shoot, why don't we just get a prescription for whatever THAT stuff was that they drank?

You know, this thread is pretty much like a car crash. You don't want to see it, but you slow down!
I think I'm getting the courage to give it a go. Just don't know about those 5.30am wake ups!!!

I know--this thread is gross, but I mean it IS about a colon cleanse, so you'll get info about a real colon really being cleansed, lol!!!
I am sure not everyone will get the 5:30am wake-up calls from their bowels. Actually today in fact, I was not woken up early by them, which made me really happy. I woke up at 7:48am with sunlight streaming through the windows and I was like
WOW! all right!
I didn't "go" until probably about 11ish, so that was fine with me. Not sure what brought about the change, but I was happy.
And I asked my coworker Kim about seeing that black-tire rubber stuff and the seaweed looking stuff, you know, the stuff they show pix of on the colon cleanse websites, and Kim said that usually that stuff doesn't come out until you've done a few cleanses. She said it is recommended to do a colon cleanse about twice a year, and that maybe after the third or fourth cleanse the really deep gunk will finally come out and then you will see the crazy pix they post. She did a pretty crazy cleanse about three months ago, and I asked her if she saw anything crazy come out and she said no. She plans on doing another cleanse in about another three months.
I say go for it--supposedly people are carrying around a lot of stuff in their colons and intestines, so it has to be good to get it out, you know?

Okay, so I got the wake-up call at about 6:30 this morning. Very satisfying! WOO HOO! And my friend had just called me right before then actually, so I was technically awake at 6:30am anyway (even though I didn't answer the phone, the ringing woke me up).

Hmmmm... I forgot to take my pills last night because I was so fracking tired after my 13.5 hour workday. Oh well. I took them this morning. Still had a movement this morning, so that was cool. Nothing spectacular.
Boy, do I feel sorta tired though. Whew!

Wow! Last night I had the lighest poo I had ever seen--light in color, it was like almost clearish see-through. That was interesting! It was like what my mom said hers looked like when she had to have a colonoscopy and the docs gave her this crazy drink to drink that cleaned her out in like 5 hours!

The morning wake-up calls have not occurred so much these days, so that is good. Everything moving along, nicely! I feel great and have a lot of energy, although I think a lot of that is due to my diet and exercise as well as the cleanse. But hey, it feels good to feel good, no matter the source, you know?

| Congratulations! It sounds like your on the right path! Now, If you're anything like me the key is staying consistent. I've found that when I do the cleanse regularly and as recommended every 2 months, I stay at a very nice weight size and I don't gain. Keep up the good work gurl!

But whew! This morning I woke up at like 5 with the crazy plotzes again. I think it might have been from overeating last night too. I got the drunk munchies. Oh yeah duh and the alcohol could have had something to do with it too...

Focus on eating healthy, wholesome and even organic foods when possible. Organic foods may seem like they cost more, but most of us can make up for this by saving all the money spent on junk foods. And notice the words, "when possible." Don't be too nuts about it - just do what you can.So that you can't go for cleansing and all.

Greetings,
Im happy to inform you guys that ACOG is now giving risk-free Trials at their web site. Are you debating on wheather you should give ACOG a try or not? Well now, it looks like they are so confident in the results people have been getting, they are letting us try it free. Its no wonder why they call it the wieght loss secret.
With the holidays comming up, this is a great time to do a complete body cleanse. During the holidays, I tend to eat more than I should. Afterwards, I always feel guilty because I know that all that food is going to catch up! Well, now I'll just take some ACOG and fell fine because I know that the food will be digested and eliminated more effectively. And, the best part about it is, I won't have to be near a bathroom all day because ACOG doesn't use harsh laxitives. I started taking ACOG early and loss 5 pounds last week so if I gain five over thanksgiving and christmas, I won't fell so bad.
Hey you guys, Go <Link removed>. It's worth it!

Hi to all,I came up with new advice and I am very much glad to post again in these forum. Some colon cleansers contain dangerous ingredients. Make sure you do your research first before you use a colon cleanser to fight constipation,Parasites etc.

Yes, that is true my friend. However, the ACOG formula has been a proven, safe formula for over 50 years. Do your research on ACOG and Dr. Alvenia Fulton. ACOG is the original natural colon cleanse formula. It exceeds all industry standards and there is no danger in taking ACOG.
You may be refering to other knock-off colon cleaners that simply gripe the stomach and colon making them dangerous.

| Dianna, given that you have been talking about little else but colon clensing since joining this forum 2 months ago, why are you so eager to pay $6 for a 7 day trial? Have you decided to no longer trust the product, which presumably you used to order on a larger scale before? Sounds most bizzare.

I too have tried a colon cleanse. I did some research, but have noticed that there are so many conflicting opinions and reviews...so I basically closed my eyes, and clicked the mouse...hehehehe!!
I am regular, and have even lost a few pounds from getting rid of all the gunk that was lurking in the deep dark recesses of my intestines!!!
anyway, just thought I would put in my two cents and show you what I chose to use.

Excuse Me. I was out so I went to buy some more. What is so bizzar about that? You're right, I didn't need the free trial however, I never said I was going to get one. I did get my ACOG in time though. My Thanksgiving was very nice. How was yours?

| The thing I like about this product is that I'm in total control. Like starlight, I have a weak stomach. My system is much more sensitive than most people. To avoid going at an undesirable time, I would reduce my dosage to about 1-2 capsules per day. This usualy streamlines my system pretty well. Most of the time, I don't even notice I've taken them but when I go, it tends to be easier and more frequent.
