I havent taken apidexin in about a month and a half now and I have not gained any of the weight back that I lost. I was 170 when I started and I am at 140 today so I have actually lost 5 more pounds. The weight I have lost is mostly waist, hips, thighs. I was going to the gym regularly(3 times per week) but I injured my hip unloading a truck at work so I cant workout but even though I havent been to the gym still havent gained weight. As far as muscle loss no its still there. I do alot of physical activity at work. Im am not trying to convince people to take apidexin or any other diet pill for that matter It has helped me and I am just letting people know about my experience. Strictly diet and excersise works for alot of people but for some people a little extra help might be needed or wanted. For those who have problems controling the appetite this works well(apidexin)For those who need a little energy apidexins works well for that also. For those who have extra free time working out helps alot at home or the gym and good home cooked meals ar the best. I am a 70 hour a week at work person I have a home cooked dinner every night and breakfast and lunch is packed from home or nothing. I doesnt hurt to try apidexin is 100% money back guarentee and if your still concerned ask your doctor you can get a list of ingredients easily to show the doctor.

Wow, well spoken!! You should work for the Apidexin people rather than unloading trucks! Thank you Dragonheart for the information. I honestly need a boost and lots of encouragement. I need to lose 20 pounds - well make 30 - and it’s not easy at my age.
I will start tomorrow, crossing my fingers that my body takes it well otherwise; I am not going to school on Monday

Less smoking? That's awesome Aly :) I quit about a year ago so I don't have to worry about that. Lol Only thing I've noticed so far is that my stomach makes all kinda noise when i take the pill x.x; No pain or anything though. I guess all the noise means it's doing something? Not sure if it's surpressing my appetite still; I've been eating regularily for now until I adjust to the pill. Then maybe I'll ease off on the food to see if it works. I don't really over eat, I just starve myself all day and eat at night ^^; No wonder my metabolism is dead, huh? I really hope this stuff will do something.

Can anyone help me?
I need to know: What's the best diet to accompany these pills?
Rich on Protein?
More based on fruits and vegetables?
Thanks!

I am not a dietician but commonsense. Your body needs everything. I have been having chocolate for breakfast’ lunch, supper, and Lays for snacks; that is overdoing! Try to work out and eat half of everything you used to eat and avoid too much of the three white poisons (bleached flour, refined sugar and salt). It is illogical to follow a specific diet for the rest of your life. I hope by the time we reach our goals with these pills, we adapt a healthy behaviour towards our lifestyle. Good luck to us all.

Apidexin: Day 2
Well I didn't experience any weird side effects yesterday, and I slept like a baby. I woke up this morning before my alarm went off, and I'm ready to go. ^-^ Going to ease off on food a little today and see if it actually surpresses my appetite, but I'll keep some healthy snacks on hand just in case.

It is not illogical to follow a diet for the rest of your life. If you eat a well balanced diet that it should not be hard to follow that. Sure treat yourself every now an then but the main key is learning moderation. That is how I met my goal with D&E. I never used one diet pill and I lost 100lbs. I plan on keeping with my change in diet for the rest of my life. A quick fix is never the answer a understanding that need to change for the rest of your life is

That's an incredible achievment Hellrazor; good for you :)
It takes a lot of willpower to make lifestyle changes like that. I eat a fair diet, however I've killed my metabolism from not eating properly day to day, and now it won't burn anything. Lol
I normally skip breakfast, maybe have lunch, and I eat really late at night after work ^^; Not healthy, I know.

| Hellrazor, I meant the specific diets like carb or fat free. Yes moderation is the answer and treat treat yourself every now and then. That is logical!

Kitsune breakfast is the most important meal and should never be skipped. You can have a big one cause you have all day to burn it off. Yes aly living by those diets would be a struggle because your body needs things from those diet. Good luck to both of you

Thanks....
I am following a proper diet with 6 Meals a day and eat out of all the food groups, but sometimes if you stick to something ( like low protein or high protein per say) you can get better results.
So far:
Day 1 is over.
No urges whatsoever...
People have been teasing me at work, saying that i'm hiper ... but i don't think it has anything to do with the pills... ( only took 1 day's worth).
P.s.- weight myself.... it was bad.
But not as scary as I thought ( with Xmas and the new house-warming parties we've thown).
Long way to go thought!!!!

Argh. day 4 and nothing...NOTHING! @.@ *So easily discouraged*... I think I've gained a pound? Argh.
Well, I haven't eaten much while on the apidexin, and when I have it hasn't exactly been healthy, so I'm going to pick up some fruit and veggies today. Normally I eat really well, but this week's been crazy. Still curious to see if anything will happen by the end of the week

| Hey to all.Ive been reading everyones experiences taking the apidexin. In my experience after about 2 weeks is when I noticed a big drop in my appetite. If you have the oportunity to eat breakfast and lunch eat a small bowl of special k for breakfast(there are many yummy varieties)and its not bad for you and have some fruit or veggies for lunch or even a grilled chicken sandwich or some progresso soup. 1 can of progresso soup is about 80 to 100 calories.Snack on some little carrots when you feel hungry or some grapes. They are small enough to put in a baggie and stick in your purse. After a week you should start noticing your not that hungry during the day. Drink lots of water or flavored water but dont just give up.You should start to see some weight loss by the start of te second bottle. Then it gets better. Once you get to that desired weight youll feel better your appetite will be under control and eating healthier will have become a normal routine. Stay on the healthier smaller portions and stop taking the pills or cut down to 1 a day until you feel comfortable enough to stop taking them. you may notice happier moods also and yes less smoking. I started taking the pills again today so I can adjust to them then my goal is to quit smoking again and keep my weight down. I havent taken apidexin in almost 2 months and as of today I lost 8 pounds since . For me thats 28 pounds 2 months with and 2 months without. So it can be done, just hang in.

Hi all. Thanks for sharing your experience Dragonheart. I almost lost interest in the pills and the whole diet thing. I did some dieting before and could notice five pounds reduction in the first few days. I had great expectations that with the detoxi I could lose more than five lb. The three days has passed, the pills seemed to do nothing for me except for less smoking and more sleeping- I lost almost ONE pound! Big time disappointment!!
I am willing to keep on taking the pills for I am not planning to send them back anyway.
I am happy for you and good luck for us all.

| i started taking apidexin 2 days ago. last night i was up all night, puking and in pain. i had it coming out of both ends. it was worse than the flu. it has to be the pills. they make me feel sick to my stomach. after reading some of the other posts, i am quitting right away. hopefully i haven't poisoned myself too badly.

If you are feeling that bad, you should go see your doctor and perhaps look into another pills that may be more suitable for your organism.
Hope you start feeling better soon!!!!!
I have only felt an on again of again heartburn... But it's not too bad.
I am on day 5 and have already lost 2.5 Pounds.
(trust me: I am shocked!!!!)
I am not doing anithing in particular to speed this process...
Am paying more attention to what I eat ( no candy or sweets, no bubbles in my waters and cutting bit on the portions when it comes to carbs ).
What has chaged is:
I do get up everyday to go to the Gym and have now signed for Personal Trainer sessions. - starting this Saturday. ( It costs a fortune.... but i know that if I'm spending 350 € on the gym (monthly fee) and have payed for this pills, that are basically a very powerfull drug, I have to stop being lazy and push in the right direction!!!!!)
But I feel the weight fluctuation has been beacuse of how often I started peeing - 2 to 3 times an hour( that varies from the 1 time every 2 hours I used to last without going).
Let's hope this diet actually works!!!
(Cross your fingers!)
But know this: if I start feeling any stomach pains or nausea this pills are going in the trashcan...
I'd rather be fat then sick ! (it's just not worth it!)
Be safe !

why do I have to sleep like a baby, I mean really deep sleep- and longer than usual. I do not pee nor any change in my health- only one pound less!! today is my day 5, I am watching what I am eating, no carb after breakfast, only fruit, vegetables and small peice of meat. I hate water but I force myself to drink at least with the pills. Maybe it is too early to show, I will give it sometimes

No no no! No carbs after breakfast? Have you been feeling run down and unmotivated over the past few days? Do you work out? It sounds like after breakfast your metabolism crashes. I am no nutritionist but It's ok to eat carbs especially after working out (It helps restore your muscles). Also if you don't like water mix a little crystal light with it. It adds flavor but does't add the sugar and calories. You can't cut everything out of your diet. Still eat! Eat your three square meals but just don't overeat. Also have carrots or an apple inbetween meals. That will help keep your metabolism boosted throughout the day.

Carbs get a bad rap !! You just have know what are the goods ones to eat. Also to red cat ask your trainer what he thinks of diet pills I would bet he could get you on a proper diet and workout routine you wouldn't need to take a diet pill

Actually, off the record, he is taking apidexin!!!!

I met him yesterday morning in the go natural coffee shop in the hallway of the gym ( having breakfast) and we chatted a bit.... And when I showed him my bottle of api... he showed me his.
The only advice he gave me was:
No more than 2 months per cicle of treatment and only one cicle per year.
(He says it's best not to screw with the kidneys and liver)
They can't mention any drugs, as part of the gym policy, but they do sell shakes and vitamins in the front desk...
so, the trainers, sometimes, make their plans work around a certain drug that they did not advice, but don't mention it aside from their notes... (in case you need medical asistance)
He also only recomends that you do the follow up takes 1 month every year, following the 2nd year, and only if strickly necessary.
He's taking it again, because he had a sudden weight gain ( 10 pounds) due to a car accident he was in . He broke his legs and couldn't exercise for 6 months. - now he's giving his diet a nudge...
And ALY:
I eat carbs - just not as many as i used to!
My diet goes like this:
- Breakfast: 1 glass of milk ( skinned) + 1 piece of fruit
- During the morning: ( keeping in mind you can't stay more than 2.5 hours without eating)- this you adapt to your schedulle
a) 1 cup of tea + 1 small piece of toast
b) 1 yogurt - non fat, no aditon of suggar or artificial sweeteners - and it has to be in a carton ( no liquid yogurts allowed)
c) 1 piece of fruit and a small piece of bread ( about an itch of bread) just to help your metabolism absob the suggar
- Lunch: 1 soup ( real soup, not from a can or a pack - It has to have vegetables in it, it can't have too much salt and very low on potatos- but they are there)
+
1 plate ( this one can be small if you want to) with a pice of fish or meat no larger then your fist + half the plate has to covered by salad or veggies + 1 or 2 spoons(soup) of rice, pasta or potato
- Afternoon: - you repeat the morning scheddule
- Dinner: Soup or salad + 1 pice of fruit
- Before you go to sleep ( only if 2.5 hours after dinner): 1 glass of milk ( non fat and straight out of the fidge - don't heat it)
So you see..... lots of carbs...
And lots of FOOD!!!!! ( Most of the time I have to set the alarm on my cellphone and then force myself to eat what is on the list!)
This diet was prescribed by the doctor that goes to my gym (endocrinologist) - this is a ballaced diet, to be followed through out my entire life.
( you are not allowed to bindge, but, once you loose weight, you are allowed to eat less healthy foods once per week).

Personally redcat I think that your trainer has the wrong idea if he is using it just to loose 10lbs. Also if that is what you eat all day long you are way under eating and probably the reason for slow weight loss . I can't believe that a trainer would recommend a diet pill over proper D&E. In fact a trainer that is worried about a 10lb gain is not a trainer I would work with at all cause he should know how to loose 10lbs with proper D&E. Take a read of my story and you might understand why I feel this way about your trainer. In the story it talks about my knee surgey's and the only thing it doesn't mention is it was 2 in 3 months. I was on cructhes for 6 months and have chronic pain all the time. So if I can do it properly he and you should be able to also. Also there is a type-0 I lost the weight between April 07 and July 08 . Not April 07 and July 07 the story reads

I would find it weird too, but they have a clause in their contract that they have took a certain way and he's a bit flabby ( no "six-pack") and has 10 pounds over the weight he had when he started trainning there.
Management can pressure the trainers to loose weight and ultimately have people fired for failling to represent the club's image.

| It's day 4 on the pills and after the first day I had to cut it down to one a day (morning) because of the nausea. It seems to have tapered off now. I am finding it a little hard to control eating in the evening though. I have trouble sleeping anyway so I am not sure if it is the pills or not. i had the same sleep issue on phenterimine and had to takew ambien in the evenings to sleep. I am gonna try valerian root and see if that helps.

| hey, so i just bought apidxin because it looked promising. i am finishing up college and need to get rid of all the long hours and poor diet that i have acquired while being here. i need to lose alot of weight and apidexin looked like the perfect jump-start to get things going. only, i am not sure about the dosing instructions, it says that it should be taken before breakfast and lunch, but seeing as how i dont get up till around 10:30 or so, i figured i would just take two at lunch or go with the 'one for lunch' and 'one for dinner' option. also, how does the detox work, when should i take it and for how long and how much at a time?

Hi everyone!
So today is my first day taking Apidexin and I feel GREAT! Better in fact than I have in a long time! To give you the particulars I'm 5'4" and weigh 220 lbs. and I'm only 20 years old. I've steadily gained about 10-15 pounds a year since i was 10yrs old. Talk about depressing. I was doing 3 miles a day and eating a diet my doctor "approximated" for me for over 6 months and guess what I lost a whole 6 pounds... lame I know! So after kicking that out the window I thought I'd give Apidexin a shot. Today is the first day but already I have more energy than I've experienced in.. well I can't even remember.. lol. I've read through this forum but I'm not experiencing any of the stuff you've all sorta mentioned. NO nausea, which is rare for me cause I have ulcers.. NO headache which is fine by me... I'm actually MORE "aware" than usual which kicks #%@&!.. lol. And I'm way more "bubbly".. which everyone seems to be enjoying.. including me.
I did take my pills with milk instead of water to give my stomach a nice coating as to not irritate it.. and other than that I took as directed. I'm moving in a week and will start doing some mild exercise once settled in. I'll keep you all updated as to my weight loss as I continue with the pills and if the lack of side effects hold... wish me luck as I do all of you!

hey everyone!
So.. Day 1 Overview: Felt great all day long! Had a little trouble going to sleep last night and had some funky dreams but woke earlier than normal today fully ready to rock n roll... not normal for me.. lol. Work was amazing yesterday! I had all my work done at 7! Which is only half way through my shift... but hey that works for me. I feel as if this stuff is half prozac and half energy boost major.. cause I'm just GO GO GO and SMILING non-stop. No side affects so far, but noticed I wasn't finishing the food I brought for snacks and dinner... still able to eat though. Haven't noticed any "foggyness" in fact I'm multi-tasking like a freakin pro.. lol.. I'm scarin my co-workers they said I'm turning into SUPERWOMAN... lol.
Day 2 so far is going even better than the first! I weighed my self this morning and.... Yesterday I was at 222.5 and this morning I was down to 219! That's -3.5 pound loss on the first day! I'm not going to hold my breath that it'll keep at this rate but a girl can hope right? Well that's all I can think to report right now and will keep you guys posted... good luck everyone!

First let me say I read these reviews after I bought the pills and was really worried about taking them. Im 24, 5' 11" and about 240ish(havent hopped on a scale in a while). I took hydroxycut once and it would make me nauseous... but I've been taking Apidexin and the Detox and have NO EFFECT WHAT SO EVER YET(hopefully wont) and have been taking for 3days so far. Some people said they felt warm, dont feel that... I dont have problem sleeping, the detox isnt making me use the bathroom anymore then usual... NOTHING... i just hope when i step on a scale sunday that I have lost some pounds! I did notice yesterday at lunch i did not finish my salad that before I would wolf down, and at dinner I had one helping and I was good.
I think the reason that some people are having bad effects is because they aren't maybe taking it right, and also everyone is different. But one person i saw on here said that they took at dinner... and wonders why they can't sleep. I havent felt any extra energy, but on both the detox and regular Apidexin bottle it says "Breakfast & Lunch", doesn't say dinner.. so this may be why people are having trouble sleeping because it's not suppose to be taken after a certain time.
anyways.... goodluck everyone! I hope we all reach our missions!

No I had trouble sleeping and I took my last one at 11:30-12:00. So I just use to beat mysef out..lol After reading peoples side effects...I wouldn't call them that...its seems the people who have the so called "side effects" are the ones who lost weight maybe thats how they work. Also how do I send these bloody things back...1 bottle came with the lid not sealed/secured properly, I know its on here I just don't have time to search and the site is filtered cause I am at work.
Thanks

Hi everyone.
Everyone seems to be having different reactions to apidexin. I just gave a friend a 5 day supply to try and she called to let me know that she lost 3 lbs and was going to order her own supply. She eats brkfst, lunch and dinner. Takes them as directed(1)60 min. before brkfst(1)60 min. before lunch and no more for the day. She said it helped her not feel hungry after day 2. Day 3 she had a small bowl of cereal instead of a 4 course meal and for lunch she had a salad instead of Mcdonalds cause she wasnt hungry. For dinner she had a piece of chicken grilled and broccolli with cheese and that filled her up. She said she did notice a big energy boost but nothing else out of the ordinary and she didnt have problems sleeping. She wants to loose 15 pounds and shes very excited that she lost 3 already. If you just started taking the pills give them time to work for some people they may not work right away it takes time for the body to adjust. If you dont like them send them back after 25 days they have a guarentee. All I can say is with or without them cudos to all who are making the effort to loose weight and congrats to those who are succeeding dont give up guys its going to happen.

hi everyone!
So... Day 2 Overview: Felt faboulous! Was up way earlier than normal.. had NO difficulty going to bed last night... which is even better than the first night. No funky dreams.. could have just been the "extra" energy gettin an out... lol. Weighed in this morning and was at 218, which means I lost another pound bringing the total lost so far up to -4.5! This is amazing to me because it took me 6 months to lose 6 pounds the "healthy way" and I've lost 4.5 in 2 DAYS! My appetite is still there but in such a healthier proportion that it's really making a difference already. I still am experiencing an incredible energy and happy boost that I'm loving the feeling this stuff is giving me! It's seems so far to be exactly the helping hand I was needing.
Still not experiencing ANY bad side effects! Will keep everyone posted! Good luck!

| Hey guys, first time user on here. I started on Apidexin yesterday morning with the 72Hour Detox. I felt kind of wierd in the morning, then after my second dose at 11:30 I started feeling TERRIBLE. Almost as sick as you would feel having the flu. Didn't throw up but really felt like I could at any minute. Drank some flat ginger ale to settle my stomach and that helped enough to where I could drive home from work at 5 with no problems. My appetite was in full force by dinner and I slept like a baby. This morning took my one Apidexin and 3 detox pills with water only about 5-10 before eating this time. I think that's the way to do it because I do not feel NEARLY as bad as yesterday. It's possible that with the detox pills, because of all the toxins being released by your body it can make you very sick for the first day. Anyway, I'll be taking my next dose in an hour or so, I'll keep you guys posted. I am 5' 8" and am 21 years old. I was 150 and in the past year or so working full time at a desk job i've aquired a little jelly belly weighing in a 165+ now. Im hoping Apidexin with more exersize and better eating will help me shed the 15lbs of fat and gain muscle. I'll check back when I have more to report!
