Hi everyone, I am new to this site, as I see a lot of you are!  I just ordered the apidexin pills today and I am nervous; not so much for the side affects but the prospect of it doing nothing.  I am only 22, admittedly young for a diet supplement, but have been at a plateau with my weight for five years now.  When I was in middle and high school I was a size 14 but did not realize it (thank you to wonderful and loving parents) however around the age of 16 I altered my eating habits (less pasta and more veggies).  I did not lose very much weight but lost a shocking amount of fat off my body.  I have always been active (I am an ex-dancer and current yoga practicer who joggs) but over the past five years no matter how much more exercise or how much healthier I eat I have remained exactly the same as far as weight and size.  I recently moved to France where I walk at least 6 miles a day just to get around, but still - no change.  I am crossing my fingers that this will be that little extra boost needed to get me past the plateau and help me lose the not-too-much-to-ask-for 20 leftover pounds!  There is nothing more frustrating than building muscle mass and probably what are pretty kickin abbs by now, but having it be hidden by layers of not so desireable fat :(

Does a goal of 10 pounds by Christmas sound rediculous?

Sadly I think you may be disappointed if you rely on these tabs.  Its a matter of self control and exercise.  If you are walking that many miles a day!! and not losing any weight at all, then may be you need to speak to a doctor about it.  Perhaps there is some other reason.

Good luck.

Do you just 'eat healthier' or do you also count your calories? (it doesn't actually matter whether you count your calories or not, they will affect your weight either way). If you do, how many do you eat? how tall are you and what is your current weight?

I counted calories before, but I find it tedious.  I eat between 1100 and 1400 a day as it is (lower than 1100 starts to be considered too drastic).  I'm pretty lucky because when I get cravings it's usually for things like zucchini or cucumbers, but unfortunately my metabolism seems to be pretty slow.  I'm 5'5" and 145, interestingly enough I'm now a size 6 but only 10 pounds lighter than when I was a size 14.  For me, weight means almost nothing, it's really what my body is made up of.  I've got a good amount of muscle but it's all surrounded by fist fulls (sorry for the graphic) of, what I like to call "goo" to keep away from too negative terms.  I'm blessed (sarcasm) with a very small bone structure which helps to emphasize anything excess.

I'm pretty much at the point where I would like to look on the outside the way I feel on the inside and I am at a loss for boosting my body to make the final push.  I would love to stay the same size but finally replace the goo with muscle instead of just building it underneath.  It's frustrating to feel like a Brazilian beach babe but look like a dumpy girl with hard core cuisses américaines (the French word for thunder thighs - translation - American thighs.....)

Well, we are all slaves to our genetic make up arent we?  If you are a small size anyway and you are doing toning exercises with no joy, you may have to accept your body as it is and rejoice that you are healthy enough to do all this walking and exercise.

That may be something of your own making! your unadjusted RMR (female, 22, 5'5", 145lb) works out at 1419. As a person with a 'normal' BMI you should be eating no less than this number (1419) yes you're saying you consistently eat less, so no wonder (see What It Takes to Lose It All ).

Calorie counting may be tedious, but I know of no other way to ensure I don't eat too few or too many calories.

I am currently on a slow weight-gain program, my maintenance calories are approximately 2000 calories and I am eating 2125 calories in the hope of gaining 1lb per month. I'm also 5'5", currently 114lb. Depending on what food I'm into on any given day I would naturally tend to either overshoot or undershoot my target by quite a bit - I cannot trust myself to naturally hit a target any more than I can hit a physical one whilst wearing a blindfold

Hello,

I have just ordered these pills yesterday and am waiting for them to be delivered to Canada.  Hopefully it doesn't take a long time.  I've used the Hydroxycut before and did sometimes get jitters, so I'm considering just doing one pill in the morning and a half pill in the afternoon.  Is that possible?  Can you cut the pills?

Hi, everyone. I just registered to give my feedback on Apidexin.

I just started it today. I am 5'10" and 161.2 pounds - 20 of the pounds gained in the last year due to illness and metabolism changes. I was anorexic for 6 years (11-17 years old) and, since I voluntarily went into outpatient treatment, I have not been able to make myself work out without kind of getting back into that "mindset".

I am 20 years old and decided to try Apidexin to jump start my weight loss to get me back to a weight that I am comfortable with and is ideal for my height and body type (between 135 and 140) - with the supervision of my fiance, of course. Hopefully, I will reach my ideal weight and can start working out just to maintain it.

After taking the first pill (and the first round of the detox pills that come with it), I felt kind of nauseous and "floaty", but it immediately went away after I ate breakfast. I took the second round of pills about 3 hours later - 30 minutes before lunch, and, four hours later, I feel HORRIBLE. I normally am freezing cold, especially in my house (we use a wood-burning stove as a heating source so the house stays pretty cool all winter), but feel like I am menopausal or something. The house is around 60 degrees and I am sweating in just a t-shirt and sweatpants.

I also feel kind of nauseous and "floaty" - though the nausea is mostly gone now after 4 hours. I have a feeling that the nausea and floaty feeling are due to taking the pills so close together, so tomorrow I will take them further apart.

I will keep everyone updated on it. Also, please don't respond saying negative things.

I am about to order some Apidexin now. I originally weighed 260lbs but lost 28lbs in less then a month with a strict diet and an hour exercise a day.
I took a "weekend" off my diet because i went to the Sonisphere rock festival and when i came back i tried geting back in my diet. It never happened again.
No matter how hard i tried, i could not get back in my diet. I hope these pills work cause i really need something to get me going.

I don't care for advice... i just wanted to do my first post on a internet forum ever!

Hello I'm from Australia and have just received Apidexin from Canada (took about a week and a half). Took my first pill this morning. I dont feel any different really, maybe a little bit jittery but nothing that will affect my normal working day.

I also don't feel as hungry as I generally do at 12noon which is when i usually eat lunch.

I've decided to take 1 a day because I'm not really looking for instant results.

I'm not overweight, I'm hoping to lose about 5-10 pounds before a summer trip away. I go to the gym most days and have trimmed down but just using Apidexin to lose the extra I can't seem to get rid of!

Also I have the detox pills - do they make you go to the toilet a lot?? Just don't know whether to take them on a work day?

Ok so I haven't done very well. i had a wedding this weekend and decided to stop taking the pill. It has been exactly a week since I took my very first one. I'm going to take another one before lunch today and then start going for the next couple of weeks.

Will keep you posted.

This is my 4th day and I haven't noticed a lot of results so far!

I think i might have lost half a kilo but nothing noticable.

It has been ok for the last three days but today I feel really sick. I'm not sleeping well (although my partner has been away so maybe thats why) When I take the pill, I then feel sick until I eat something. I don't feel hungry but i know my tummy needs food.

I'm also feeling dizzy. Maybe i'm thinking about it too much! I'm not usually one to complain but this is getting a bit scary!!

Also this question is for zsanett.... how did you end up going? I'm in the same boat as you, does apidexin work if you are not overweight???

Heavy! You started taking Apidexin again, too? Me too! I finished my bottle about a week ago. It definitely went along better than last time! I lost the 5lbs that I had gained during the Summer plus another 5! :]
I skimmed through some of the posts and I was wondering why people haven't lost any weight...there has to be a reason... Well, anyways, I like Apidexin. Even though I can't lose like 20 lbs in a day...10 in a month is good enough for me. :] down to 150!

Hello all.  I have just finished my first week on Apidexin and thought that I would add my story to the forum.  I am a 24 year old 6 foot tall male, weighing about 207lbs on Tuesday, Nov 17, the day I started both Apidexin and Detoxufree72. This morning, Tuesday, Nov 24, I weighed in at 202.  The Detox didn't seem to have much of an effect, but who knows.

Diet and Excercise:  I have recently started doing Power 90, which is usually 6 days a week, but some times life gets in the way.  I also play basketball one day a week.  I have limited my diet for the most part, but if I go out to eat, or am extremely tempted by a snack, I don't worry about it.

Side Effects:  I am extremely used to caffeine as I am pretty much addicted to Coke Zero, and occasionally have energy drinks.  I also drink them very close to bedtime without much problem.  For this reason, I have not noticed being jittery, nor have I had any problem sleeping.  The only side effect I have experienced is a very slight headache, and let me stress the "very slightness," as it has not effected my day to day life in the least.

Goals:  My goal is to get down around the 170 area.  Depending on how much muscle I put on, if any, my target weight will change. But in general I am trying to achieve a toned body, especially in the stomach and chest areas, and am trying to fit very comfortably in my 34in waist pants, which will probably be the first goal that I reach.  I am lastly hoping to be able to dunk a basketball, because I have been pretty close for years.

I will keep ya'll posted of my progress, and feel free to ask questions.

Hi, I have been following this forum for a week now was unsure if to take the pills i purchased. There is alot of negative feedback on here so I thoght I will keep a up to date honest diary so that others can see my honest progress. I am about 20lb over weight for my height.

8am - took tablet with half pint water

8.30 - breakfast

I decided not to take the detox as i was abit scared to.

At the moment I feel a little high although I am unsure if its all my imagination

I have not as yet felt sick like others have felt. Will keep you all posted on progress

After two weeks, my weight seems pretty steady.  I came in around 202.5 this morning.  Once again, I will repeat that I haven't suffered sleeplessness, lack of appetite, jitters.  Although I'm almost wishing I was experiencing loss of appetite, because after 2 weeks I've only lost 4-5 pounds, and I have been exercising as well, and much of that could just be water weight changes.  I'm still hoping that this is due to building of lean muscle mass, as the product manufacturer says, and that more weight loss will follow.  We'll see. I hope to decide in the next week whether to purchase a 2nd month worth, but we'll see.

Anybody out there experience low weight loss the first couple weeks, but then witness a take-off of weight loss?

Yeah, the only side effect I've ever had is when I don't take enough water with the pill. Like I said in my very first post, I have been practically addicted to caffeine in the past, so I am really used to it and haven't had any trouble sleeping.  The workout is what I aspire for, but the past 2 weeks have only been 5 days instead of 6.

I don't know if anyone is still reading this site since the only other active person since I joined said she was quitting Apidexin.

Anywho, today mark my 3rd week on Apidexin, as well as exercise and I am at 198, which is down 9 pounds from the start.

Me again...thought i would share my experience today..Quite a long story, but here we go..

Today was my 3rd day and I took my pill at about 7am, I usually don't eat breakfast before I leave to school (1, i know it's a bad habit and 2, yes I do know i am rather young to be on apidexin but I digress). About an hour and a half later I started feeling a deep dull pain in my stomach and right above my stomach around my chest area. As i moved along to my next class the pain was getting unbearable so i went to the nurse's office. Long story short, the nurse almost called 911 on me because i was in "extreme distress". i was sweating really bad due to the chest/stomach pains.. the chest/stomach ache/pains lasted about 30 minutes but it was harsh.

Not sure if this was due to the lack of breakfast but lesson learned, i will start to eat breakfast..

Wondering if this has ever happened to any one else?

Quick background check..I am about 6'1 and weigh 221 so i definitely am overweight, My goal is to be around 200 hopefully less and lose some excess body fat/feel better.
I do exercise about every other day, jogging/running/lifting weights/playing sports..
So i hope this combination will provide successful results...

Keep you guys posted! :bear:

Here's an update.  After 7 weeks, I have lost 18 pounds.  Over the last 3 weeks, only about 5 pounds, which mainly came this past week.  However, I did put on some muscle, which, if you read up on this supplement before you take it, promotes lean muscle gain. Obviously from my posts I exercise a good bit nowadays.  Maybe the weight loss and muscle gain kind of take turns or something weird like that.

Anywho, sublime, I haven't had anything like that happen, but have felt a little weird when I go an hour and a half to two hours after taking Apidexin before eating.  I wasn't much of a breakfast eater before I started taking Apidexin, but I have just been having a small bowl of cereal, probably only about 300 calories.

Continued good luck to all.

You really just need to take 3 Detox pills and 1 Apidexin about 30-60 minutes before breakfast, and then again before lunch.

I just follow that as best I can and eat whenever I have to (work) or decide to (no work). Could be 7 and then 12:30, could be 10 and then 11:30, depending on how my work schedule goes.

Hi all, I started on Apidexin six days ago. I could only do one day of the Detoxufree because it made me feel like #%@&!. I was almost passing out while working on the streets along with nausea, headache and weakness. Six days of Apidexin is almost the same thing, nausea, slight headaches and slight pain in my arms etc.

Does anyone have similar experiences?

Hi guys, I really liked this forum because among a bunch I've read along, this one seems legit (wish I had found it before I started taking these pills). Well, I registered mostly to let you know how apidexin has worked for me. I ordered the package with 2 bottles of apidexin plus the detox bottle. With the detox pills, I had no effects whatsoever, but to be truthful, at the time that I was taking these pills I wasn't eating very well (last days of December so some binge eating). Also, I see here that one had to take the detox pills along with apidexin, and I just took the detox pills, and then started with apidexin. So from that point, I think I didn't follow the instructions and cannot comment for sure how "effective" are the detox pills.
As of today, I have already finished up one bottle of apidexin (60 capsules) and started already with the second bottle. I did feel immediately different in the sense of feeling full, and not eating the same proportions that I usually eat (for example, a cup of cereal filled me up when usually I serve myself about 2 cups). So in that sense, It's been cool because I have been able to control my bad eating habits and it's made me take better decisions about servings. Another noticeable change (a yucky one, but I think it's necessary to mention it) is the amount of stool each day. I honestly felt like my metabolism started working rather quickly. Before, my normal self would usually go once a day, maybe two. With these pills I go more frequently and they're quite big chunks. But don't freak out, they're not loose or like spotting. But I do feel like it's getting rid of the fat or unnecessary stuff. But listen to this, even though I felt all this (less eating but more healthy, better digestion, faster metabolism) for the first 2 weeks I didn't lose a thing. This really bugged me, but then I realized that I had to combine other things to probably make it more successful.
So at week 3, I registered for the gym and since then I try to go 5 times a week to do 1 hour workout of cardio (30min weight loss walking, 30 min weight loss escalator). I also bought myself some vitamin supplements (Emergen-C) to have more energy and feel better altogether (also bought Calcium, primrose oil, vitamin e) and a very important thing.. fiber supplement! I take it 3 times a day (at the most) after a meal. That way it helps you liberating of everything u don't need in the body and also u end up getting the necessary daily fiber in your body. Needless to say, adding all this starting showing some changes in the scale and in my body image overall. I started weighing 97kg, today I weigh 93kg :) My height is 6'2" so I do need to lose more weight, so I will keep using this pill until I get my goal or if I have a side effect.
There is however one important thing to mention: I DID find it hard to sleep taking 2 pills a day. I just couldn't get to sleep. I felt like my mind and my heart was racing at night and it made it a bit of a nightmare. Another thing I noticed,  under stress it caused some side effects on me. I was stressed over a test and my head started pounding like never before. At the point that I had to close my eyes because the sun made me feel worse. That was not fun at all. Since that happened, I went ahead and took only 1 pill a day in the morning. I do feel a whole lot better. I have less trouble sleeping, haven't had another headache, and no considerable side effects :) I'm really hopeful that I keep shedding the pounds.. I'd appreciate if there's more people that are also taking these pills if you could let me know how you're doing and what you're doing besides this.

I used to used Hydroxycut many years ago and it was loaded with Ephedrine. Now I think it is loaded with caffeine. If you have a dispostion for anxiety like I do, you will notice your heart racing and have trouble sleeping. There are a few things to consider when you decide to take a supplement. I have a copy/text doc on my hard drive which I will post. .Take a look.

Weight Loss Pills:  Should You Use Them?

Have you been trying to lose weight with the use of exercise and healthy eating?  If you have, have you still been coming up short on your weight loss goal?  If you have, you may be interested in seeking help through the use of weight loss products, namely weight loss pills. Although you may be thinking about giving weight loss pills a chance, you may be wondering if you should.

When it comes to determining whether or not weight loss pills are right for you, there are a number of different questions that you will want to ask yourself.  These questions can help you truly determine if weight loss pills are right for you. A few of the many questions that you may want to ask yourself, concerning weight loss pills, are outlined below.

One of the many questions that you will want to ask yourself is if you have really tired losing weight.  Losing weight “naturally,” often involves exercise and healthy eating.  Have you been exercising?  Exercising can involve visiting your local fitness center, putting an exercise video in your DVD player, or something as simple as taking a nightly walk.  Eating healthy involves cutting all sweets from your diet or at least significantly reducing them.  If you haven’t taken these steps yet, you may want to first try losing weight naturally. If that doesn’t work, weight loss diet pills may be something for you to consider.

Although there are a number of reasons for weight gain, one of the most common reasons involves eating too much food.  If you regularly find yourself eating more food than you should or more food than you need to, why do you think that you do so? Are you just eating because you are bored or does your body sense that you are hungry?  This is important question that you need to answer, as many weight loss pills are designed to suppress your hunger.  While this can help many individuals reduce the amount of food that they eat and the number of calories they take in, it will only help you if you think that your body is telling you that you are still hungry.  If you are what is commonly referred to as a “bored eater,” there is a good chance that you will still continue to eat.

Another question that you need to ask yourself is if you can afford the costs of weight loss pills. When examining the cost of weight loss pills, you will find that they are sold for a wide range of prices.  Although it is important to make sure that you can afford the cost of weight loss pills, it is important that you do not comprise quality for costs.  If you cannot afford the weight loss pills that come highly rated and recommend, you may just end up wasting your money on weight loss pills that may not necessarily work. That is why it is advised that you consult with your doctor or search for weight loss diet pill reviews online, before making any purchases.

The above mentioned questions are just a few of the many that you may want to ask yourself, before you automatically go out and buy weight loss pills for yourself. As a reminder, it is important that you do the proper amount of research before you buy weight loss pills, should you decide to do so. Weight loss diet pills are not all created equally; therefore, they have varying results.

Hi everyone.

Im thinking about buying this Apidexin, but am not sure which online store to buy from.

I've read some reviews of customers not recieving their purchases on Apidexin.com, but being charged on their credit card.

Which online store is generally more popular for diet pills?
If it's not ok to post a online stores name here, please private message me.

Thanks in advance.

Hey all,

I started taking Apidexin two days ago and the first day I only took the pill once before lunch, with the 3 detox pills. It made me super jittery and shakey, my hands were all over the place and I couldn't focus. I suffer from migraines and didn't find out until after purchasing that if you get migraines its not recommended you take Apidexin, as per the tiny print on the bottle.

I've never tried any diet pills before, and found this one while I was looking at Alli. I'm wondering if the small headaches subside at all, because in my case, small headaches turn into migraines once they get rolling.

The second day, I skipped the Apidexin altogether (fearing another bout of headaches at work) and only took 3 detox pills in the afternoon, and felt fine...until that evening. I was standing in a line and suddenly got very hot and nauseous, to the point where I thought I was going to have to drop my stuff and go to the bathroom. Once I sat down, I felt fine. Found that odd.

Also, does this give anyone else bad gas? I felt super bloated all day until I realized it was gas, and I've barely even been on the pills. Today I took only the detox pills this morning before breakfast, and this afternoon, I had chest pains.

My results have been very scattered, and I've obviously not been on the product consistently enough to lose weight..just nervous about the headaches and the jitters...I work in a law office so typing and focusing is necessary.

Thoughts?

Hey everyone, I'm new to this message board but I have had some experience with Apidexin. I'm 21 years old, and after my freshman year of college I experienced the "freshman 15" except it was more like freshman 40. I was already overweight in high school too. I ended up at 280 pounds (yeah, pretty fat). I decided to get my life back on track about a year ago. I cut my calories and started doing cardio. I had good results, but not as good as I wanted. During the summer I ordered three bottles of Apidexin, and took them all (over three months). I had the regular side effects like feeling spacey, a little nauseous, and some insomnia. However, I did like the way the pills helped me get the motivation to work out. I never expected the pills to just magically shed pounds off of me. I researched it a lot, and Decided to try it to help boost my metabolism. I used the pills more like a supplement to help me lose weight.  I stuck with my low calorie diet and workouts and I was able to shed about 40 pounds by October. I got off track starting around Halloween. I turned 21 and was able to consume as many empty calories (beer) as I wanted. I regained about 15 pounds over the holidays, but from what I've heard, that's not very abnormal. I decided to start my weight loss regiment again about 2 weeks ago. I started without the pills, but really had no motivation to work out. I cut my calorie intake though. I ordered another bottle of Apidexin off of Amazon.com three days ago, and I received it today. I'm trying to get down to 190 pounds. Currently I'm at 229. I will post some more with my results. Just remember that you need to consume less calories than you burn to lose weight so just sitting on the couch eating potato chips (used to be one of my favorite hobbies haha) hoping the pills with make thin is a bad idea. I wish everyone luck with their weight loss.

hi everyone! well im not much of a writer specially for this type of things but i just kindda wanted to let u guys know of the results ive been getting with apidexin. i'm a 20 year old male college student so i felt it was overdue for me to start losing weight.
so im going to start by telling you guys that i ordered the pills from dietpills.com on a friday morning and received my order by monday so that was extremely fast. i decided not to actually start taking the pills until tuesday so that it could give me time to weight myself before i started taking them.  so on tuesday feb. 23, 2010 i started taking the 72 hr detox pills along with the  apidexin at a weight of 264.2 lbs. as of today march 17, 2010 i weight 246.5 lbs which is close to a loss of 18 pounds in just 3 weeks!! im super exited  for the results ive had so far but i have to admit that i believe that this results have mostly come from the exercise i do but without the pill theres no way i would be as motivated to go to the gym. throughout this time using apidexin i try to go to the gym for 1 hr and a half to 2 hrs 5 to 6 days a week.  as to side effects i dont really think ive experienced any. i have really that many people have began having trouble sleeping but this is something ive experienced for years now so i cant blame it on the apidexin. i'll try to write in a week or so again to tell u guys how my results are coming but feel free to ask any questions and good luck losing those extra pounds.

I have had Apidexin one week. Like you, I researched a lot about it and it seemed #1 compared to all others. I find that I do feel sluggish--like when I take a cold pill after taking it. I don't like that. I am a very alert person normally in the morning, but with just one pill I feel like I've taken Claritin drowsy. I am a teacher and a student, so I can't afford to be drowsy. I took the detox, but didn't notice any "cleansing" going on. Maybe the next month. I am committed to taking one before breakfast--about 7am and another about 11:30.  I drink it with a big glass of juice. I haven't lost weight in the entire week. I plan to document my loss/or not. I weigh 188 and want to get down to 138. I haven't noticed any affect pro or con on my appetite. I have no nausea or headaches. Just the sense of exhaustion.

hello all...i am new to the "online forums". i've been reading everyone's posts; and i'm hoping that my experience will not be how some of yours' went. i just received my 1 bottle of Apidexin (no Detox) yesterday afternoon. I'm really trying to lose about 30lbs. I had an eating disorder between approx. 13-17 when i couldn't take the stomach pains anymore and "woke up" to the fact that a few lbs. at that age wasn't worth starving myself over. I'm about 4' nothin  (4'11") and currently weigh approx. 155lbs. last time i went to the womens' doc. my avg. weight used to be about 115 lbs. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2006, which turned into "Myelodysplasia Syndrome" in 2007, which turned into full-blown Leukemia in 2008 which killed her  on 2/24/08. Before the latter stages of Leukemia really messed her up to where she wouldn't eat. The only time she would eat, was if i ate with her; hence the beginning of my weight gain. Regardless of whether or not i'd already eaten, i always tried to eat with her just so that she would eat. There was a first onset of about 15lbs. and then after she passed, i gained another 15lbs., i guess due to "depression". I still have not completely dealt with her death- she was everything to me . Anyways, enough of that- before i start crying.

As stated earlier, I just received my bottle of Apidexin yesterday afternoon (no detox pills). I'm only going to take 1 pill for a couple of days. I took my 1st pill this a.m. at 9am, and ate a PBJ sandwich around 9:20am. I did notice the burst of energy the following hour. I feel very "alert" and "awake". My mind did 'race' for a few minutes. But i've been steadily drinking water, it's 12:18pm and so far i've had 3 (0.9 fl oz) bottles of water resulting in 5 trips to the bathroom w/in the hr . And i'm not hungry. So far, so good. I'll keep everyone posted.

Honestly as a physician I think supplements have more side effects than benefits...I only recommend natural ways to lose weight. There are many diets out there....some of them work, others don't...its a trial and error at this point because what works for you may not work for others....try a low calorie diet or one of the new diets

update(s)...

I took my 1 Apidexin on Thurs. 3/25 in the morning, and ate breakfast 20 minutes later. I took 1 Apidexin on Fri. 3/26 in the afternoon, and ate lunch approx. 20 minutes later.

I'm still noticing the "energy", feeling very alert, & my mind feels still  like it's "racing" a little.

New noticed side effect having taken1 Apidexin pill each day (for 3 days)...after taking it, I do feel less hungry; and when I do eat, I can't eat all of my food. For example, my co-workers  and I go to our favorite mexican restaurant every friday. And usually, I can eat every single thing on my plate (1 stuffed chicken burrito fajita, rice, and lettuce/sour cream/guacamole salad). But this Friday (the 3rd day I took my 1 Apidexin pill), I could only eat half of what was on my plate and I was so full I felt sick. So I boxed up my leftovers and was a little hungry come time for dinner.

New noticed side effect...I'd started taking Apidexin last wednesday (in the a.m.) and had diarrhea on Thursday morning; took 1 pill Thursday a.m. and had diarrhea Friday a.m.; took 1 pill Friday afternoon before lunch but NO diarrhea on Saturday a.m....I don't know if it makes a difference whether or not I take the 1 pill in the a.m. or in the afternoon. (I also have been prescribed to take 3 metformin 500mg pills...since november 2009...and that may have something to do with it)...but it was something I noticed. It wasn't like diarrhea all day...only in the morning. Sorry if that's T.M.I for anyone; I'd figured people reading this post, I'm just letting everyone know all of my side effects as I go thru this trial.

I stopped taking Apidexin over this weekend (no Apidexin pills Saturday nor today). I will start back up tomorrow and for the rest of this week. I will still take the 1 Apidexin pill either in the morning (if I prepare breakfast accordingly) or before lunch for a few more days before I start taking it twice a day.

I was incorrect in my 1st post. I weighed approximately 148-152 lbs. I've weighed mysdelf twice yesterday (Saturday) and noticed that I've dropped down to 145 lbs. already! I've only been taking Apidexin for 3 business days.

I'll let ya'll know how it goes this week. Hope everyone else is doing well with this product.

I am new to the forum and it seems like there is some great information here, but I felt compelled to state the obvious that for anyone considering the use of Weight Loss Supplements that you consult your physician before taking anything to ensure is is proper and healthy to do so.

Hey everybody,

I just started Apidexin this morning. I started feeling kind of spacey and my eyes felt exhausted. Then, I decided it would be a good idea to check out some more reviews and see what other people were feeling. I started freaking out once I read more of negative reviews, but there are definitely more success stories.

To override that anxious and spacey feeling, I started to drink a lottt of water to see if it was just because I hadn't drank enough when I took the pill. I'm feeling muchh better! I think the key to Apidexin is to drink a lot of water.

Also, from other websites I read that some people only take 1 pill a day as opposed to the recommended 2- this is supposed to stop the intensity of the side effects. So instead of taking 2, I'm going to start out only taking 1 a day (in the morning with breakfast) and combining it with healthy foods and exercise to create the same effect of taking 2 pills.

I'm going to keep updating because I'm still a little skeptical. Also, could anyone who's been taking Apidexin tell me if you've drank alcohol while taking Apidexin? Is it safe?

I've been taking Apidexin for two weeks now. Very little side effects, but "NO" weightloss at all. I don't understand, because i have really cut back on what i have been eating. I have been drinking alot of water also.

As far as drinking alcohol, i do drink occasionally. And it hasn't had any effect on me at all.

Is anyone taking this, with no weightloss? Thanks!!
