I'm still waiting for my package to arrive so in the meantime I've started walking again and will be back to gym from next week now that I've finished up a couple of contracts.  Looking forward to starting the Api programme.

Then contact them.  Tell them when you bought it and how much for - they will be able to see who took payment - if they have taken payment.  And you should be covered for a refund anyway from the credit card company if the goods havent turned up

Hi all, I started this morning with the  detox and Apidexin. I'm 5'7 and weight around 190 pounds, going to gym usually 5 times per week, 20  min of cardio and 60 min of weights, ILL let you know it works on me. I have been loosing some fat in the last month without pill , but no weight loss because muscles are heavier than fat. So I'll see if with those I'll be able to lose this extrat fat all around my body and get cuttier.

So far  I don't feel any uncomfortalbe side effects.

I'll keep you updated!

Hi..I have been taking the api for 2 weeks now. I am only taking the 2 pills a day. I have not had any big side effects. I do seem to have a slight burst of energy when I first take the pill. It hasn't really curbed my appetite as much as I thought it would. I have actually gained 3lbs since I began taking it. I have been unable to exercise as much as I would like, but the weather is better and I can begin my 3 mile walks again. I am just going to buckle down and stick with it for atleast the first 30 days. I have read a few posts where they gained weight at first and then began losing. I will posts my results in a coulple of weeks. Wish me luck!!!

I ordered Apidexin and DetoxuFree after reading glowing testimonials but it was on the Apidexin website. I didn't find this forum until today so now I'm wondering how it will affect me.

My shipment of Apidexin arrived at my job this morning. I took one pill and drank 12 oz of water. I hate getting on the scale but will weigh myself tonight when I get home. I have not taken the DetoxuFree yet. What has been your experience with the detox? Any negative side effects other than stomach cramping? Is that something I can take and go to work or should I do that one weekends when I am home?

So far, the only side effect from the Apidexin is that I feel cold, but that may be due to the a/c being on so low in my office. I didn't feel this cold before though. Oh well, so far so good. I am also drinking Right Size Smoothies for breakfast and lunch and I eat a regular dinner. I like the smoothies a lot and they curb my appetite to keep me from eating junk food that is always around the office.

14 pounds gone with the first bottle - just re-ordered two more and plan to do the Detox thing again with those.

I can tell a decrease in my appetite and no side effects - maybe a headache or two but that could also be allergies so who knows.  I can take Motrin for that!

So far, I'm very satisfied.   I ordered directly off their site and had no problems at all!

Oh thats wonderful scoots.  Ill be very happy if I could manage that.

Ive had no side affects at all from the api or the detox.  I was disappointed that I didnt lose any weight in the detox period as it says on their site 5 - 15 lb reported average loss during detox??????

Actually, I have had more energy - and I feel happier generally - not sure if thats the api or whether the thought of actually getting this rotten roll of fat off my waist is cheering me up.

I just purchased the pills today and I am hoping that this works. I need to lose about 40 pounds but diet and exercise alone don't seem to be working.

I'm a little worried about the side effects though, I didn't want to be taking anything that would make me sick. If it helps anyone however, when I researched it (by looking on the net of course) they said that people sensitive to caffine might want to try something else. The rest of the ingredients were herbs and stuff so I'm not to worried about being sick and I've never been sensitive to caffine. However I would rather hear about everyone's experience, I really want to know what I'll be getting into.

What should I be expecting by taking these pills? (headache?nausea?)Does taking it with food help ease the symptoms? If anyone could let me know that'd be great!

Well niki as Ive said and several others have noted, we have had no side affects whatsoever - I guess some people must be more sensitive to caffeine.  The only side affect Ive had is the positive one of more energy.

Thank goodness. From what I've read posted (much) earlier there was just too many side effects to count. (Most of which was headaches and nausea, but maybe what I read was just a special case and not the norm.) I'm looking forward to the results of this pill, especially after just using this site to calculate my bmi. (Apparently I should be about 120 pounds...)

Hi all,

Well I took the leap and ordered my apidexin from ebay last night.  I live in Australia so I'm hoping the wait won't be too long.

I spent a lot of time reading through this forum, along with several others, and also contacted someone here in Australia who has used the product previously....it's extremely helpful to speak to someone whom you know is a 'real' person, and not a representative of the company like so many others.  Anyways, I weighed up all the pros and cons, and decided to give it a go.  Of course, if I start to experience any serious side effects then I will cease taking them immediately.  But thought it was worth a try and hopefully I will have the same luck as some of you who haven't had any side effects at all.  Fingers crossed!

Anyway, I am 175cm tall and weigh 73kg...my goal is to lose about 10kg and get down to 63kg.  Hopefully before the warmer weather hits around September/October so I can finally wear a bikini on the beach!

Well, good luck to all on your weight-loss journeys!  I will post back when I receive my apidexin and let you all know how it's going.  Until then, stay positive!

ok here is my first report

I'm 24, I started apidexin and detuxfree 3 days ago. My weight was around 189-191 pounds.

1rst day : The 1rst few hours all was okay, then I started to feel spaced out, and had the nausea. I went to the gym, I had an harder time to catch my breath and my cardio was harder than usually use to be. I was supposed to have a date this night, I cancelled because I wasn't feeling good enough. Then I said to myself " I won't be able to take these a this rate"

2nd day : Took the 2 pills and detox thing again, and I was actually suprised how my body adapted to it. No nausea, not feeling dizzy. Went to the gym again and all was looking good. Oh and i did not have problem to sleep, On sunday I even woke up at 7ham, took one pill and detox thing and went back to sleep for 3-4 hours with no problem.

ps: sorry for all the spelling or grammar mistakes, english isn't my primary language plus it'S 24:15 and I'm tired ;)

3rd day ( monday): Took may stuff again I did feel for teh first time the little extra energy, but not that much just a little bit, It actually made me more efficient at work.

I have to say that each time I took the pills I was taking water and eating at least a little something right after, I did not want to keep these in an empty stomach. Also my appetite did not reduce as I though it would, but it isnt really a bad thing because I dont want to reduce too much my calories and get sick.

Then my weight at the end of monday ( after eating a kinda big diner) was 187.6

Not much of an improvment. But I guess its better than nothing I'll let you know the result in 4 days to see if after a full week there will be some better conclusions.

thanks all

I would have thought 1.5lbs in 3 days was quite encouraging?

Weighed myself this morning - I must stop doing this and do it just once a week.  Anyway, disappointed that Ive only lost 4 oz in 2 days:sad:  May be next time I weigh in a couple of pounds will drop off, it seems to work like that for some reason.

I started taking Apidexin and DetoxuFree three days ago and weighed 184lbs.

Day 1 - I felt slightly wired about an hour after taking it and my heart rate was very slightly increased but nothing alarming or something I couldn't handle. It lasted about 45 minutes and then I was fine.

Day 2 - Have not lost anything and have seen no results from DetoxuFree. Not sure what that is supposed to do but it's not doing what I thought it would. Felt fine all day, no jitters or trouble sleeping.

Day 3 - Got on the scale this morning and was disappointed to see I still weigh 184lbs. I am drinking Right Size smoothies for breakfast and lunch, and eating a couple pieces of fruit during the day and having a light dinner in the evening. I thought I would have lost at least a pound by now.  I have not lost an ounce but the pants that were a bit tight a couple weeks ago now fit and the bulge around my waist seems to be a bit smaller. The roll of fat is not sticking out so far. I need to weigh myself once a week and not every day.

I'll report back at the end of the first week.

How long has it taken others to see results?

The best way to get discouraged is to weigh yourself daily.  Get on the scales once a week.  I always feel the 'loss' in my clothes before I see the actual loss on the scales.  Frankly, if I fit into my clothes comfortably, I don't really care what the scale says.  Hang in there - it'll come off!!

It is a disappointment when you weigh and get no results for your hard work isnt it.

But Im trying not to do that now.  All I know is Im wearing a pair of jeans that I last wore 4 years ago and remembered at that time thinking how tight they were round my waist.  They are loose today :)

I think thats what we need to do, find something that we stopped wearing because it no longer fitted and see how we get on with fitting it again.

I will stay off the scale until next week. I totally agree that it's better to be able to get back into clothes we haven't worn for awhile rather than going by the number on the scale. Thanks for the encouragement!!

My thyroid is underactive and my metabolism is shot, so I will continue staying as active as possible and try to be patient.

Let's hang in there.

Up your water intake.  I've noticed that I get headaches if I don't have enough water when I'm taking the pills.

Like I said - this could just as easily be allergies - but they're better when I drink more water, too.  I try to fill a 32 oz bottle with ice, water, and a few TSP of lemon juice in the morning and drink it by noon at my desk.  That usually staves off the headaches in the afternoon.

The directions say take 30 minutes before eating - definitely eat within an hour or so no matter what.  I took the pill once and got too busy to have lunch for a while - I felt queasy and jittery - but I am sensitive to caffiene.

Good luck.  I'm pretty pleased so far - this is the only diet supplement I've felt actually worked without making me nutso crazy.

I never reviewed a weight loss supplement before, actually I have never used a supplement before but I am completely amazed with Apidexin! I have lost 7.2lbs in 3 days. Whats even more amazing is I twisted my ankle really bad and I have not been able to walk much less exercise at all. I can't wait to see how much weight loss I can achieve once I can start my workout regimen. I was weighing about 212 a week ago and I started working out. I got down to 210 and now after taking Apidexin I am 203. I am very muscular and my exercise regimen is for building muscle so I look more at my BMI than my weight. My trouble spot is my lower abdomen, genetically its very hard for me to burn fat there. I have noticed with taking the Apidexin my lower abdomen is starting to shrink. I am very pleased with Apidexin and encourage anyone looking for a great aid to loosing weight try it. The only side effects I have felt with Apidexin is naseua, but it supresses my appitite so much I'm not hungary to eat. I find though when I eat more even though I'm not hungary the nausea goes away. I have a sensative heart to stimulants and my heartbeat has been normal. I only take one a day before breakfast and I find it last me fine through the day. Good luck to all of you.

Im not doubting you, but no one can lose half a stone of fat in 3 days - it must be water loss?

I seem to be running at 2 or 3lbs a week.  Which is ok.

Well, hang on in because I actually put on 2lb weight and then lost 3 lbs ??? the next day.  I think fluid can distort the weighing in.

This week I had lost only 4 ounces felt very low but this morning Ive weighed in at llb 2 oz less.  May be tomorrow itll be even more off :)

I cant see how people claim losing up to 15lb in a week on their website, its not physically possible is it surely?  If we can do 2 or 3 lb a week thats over half a stone a month or nearly a stone.  4 months, over 2 - 3 stone.  Think of it like that.

Hi guys. I am new to the forum. I ordered the pills 3 days ago, and got them in the mail yesterday. Very fast delivery, I live in the US. I started taking them today, along with the detox pills. I must say I havent experienced any side effects, thank goodness. I normally have panic/anxiety attacks and migraines, and after reading some of the posts, thought the side effects would then be really bad for me. All I feel is a boost in energy, and a decrease in my appetite. Which is perfect! I am 5'6, 130 lbs. Before I had my baby 2 yrs ago, i weighed 115 and I am trying to get back to that weight, but my whole body chemistry has changed since having him, and its been extremely difficult. I do excercise and eat very healthy. Hopefully this pill will be the boost my body needs. Will keep everyone updated.

Hi folks, ordered my apidexin from apidexin.com got my pills in 2 days. I'm going to wait till sunday morning to start. This sounds like a great forum. I've been doing WeightWatchers for the past month and a half and have lost 6lbs but seem to have stalled. I've been working out 3 to 5  days a week. I'm 48yrs old 5'9''and started at 299. I need to get down to 180 to 190. I'm looking forward to getting more feedback on everyones experiences.

Just like many of you, I too, am new to this. I am 26 years old and weigh 260 at 5'6". :(
I recently ordered Apidexin from Apidexin.com. I recieved my order and started it the following day - last Wednesday (July 8). I have had no side effects

I had my doubts about ordering, one because I was afraid that I was not going to get it, and really didnt have the extra money at the time to lose. Second, because there is never any solid guarentee that anyone one of us will lose anything.

As of this morning when I decided to test how well things were going, I got on the scale. In almost a week - I have lost nothing. :( ... In fact I gained 2.5 pounds. And that is with usng the 72 hour detox. I do not drink soda, or even touch sweets - VERY VERY far and few between. I drink and odscene amount of water and recently, prioir to ordering my pills, joined a gym - I love to play racquet ball and tennis.

My plan is to continue through the rest of the bottle, though Im looking for ANY advice that might help me produce any results every little pound counts.

Hi, yes it does make you wonder how people claim to have lost 15lb in a week on the detox doesnt it!

Keep on til the end of the bottle though as you have paid for it anyway - sometimes you put on weight before you lose it and if you are going to a gym any muscles you build will weigh more than fat.

Yes, overall, its a bit of a disappointment really.  Ive been really good, kept to 1200 calories a day without fail yet the most Ive lost in a week has been 3 lb.  Averaging 2 lb a week, which I guess I could have done without the pills anyway.

I received my order Sat and started then.  The only difference I have seen is that my energy level has increased.  I'm not going to complain considering I work long hours thru the week and do all of my home chores on the weekend.  My husband and I are both in need to loose pounds.  ( him about 30-40 and me 20-30).  We decided to do it together.  We are going to weigh in once a week for progress.  I will keep you posted.

Started sunday, got a little extra energy and didn't feel hungry all day. Today I did my workout and seemed to run out of energy sooner than normal. But I took my pills including detox about an hour before so I had to eat, that may have had some to do with it. I'm not going to weigh in till my regular weigh in with weight watcher on wednesday. No nausea or shakey feelings. So far, So good.

Come over to Martin Lewis' money saving expert site - there is a support thread going on there for weight watchers.

Try "grazing" - eating something every couple of hours, an apple, a shape yoghurt or something.  That seems to help hunger wise.

I lost another lb yesterday, so Im down 9lbs in 4 weeks now.  Nothing fantastic.

I was still hungry.  I have started taking two in the morning before breakfast and waiting until 2 pm to take the last pill for the day.  I was not sure to begin with about the two pills, but I have had no side effects of any kind.  This seems to have cured the hunger and I am still able to get a good night of rest.  My husband still take one in the morning and one before lunch and has had no trouble.  I think it is all in the way we diet and exercise.  I have been on a diet for fifteen years.  This is his first to diet and exercise so he is doing great.  Since my body is use to it, I do have to work a little harder.

I was also worried about the side effects and after internet research, I seem where some was worried about some of the ingredience.  Since I work in an office, I borrowed a test to check.  All was fine and I will continue to use it.  As of today, I have lost 3lbs and working hard to continue loosing (since I let my self go over the last few months. Plus quitting smoking added 15lbs.

Hello All -

Just an update ... Week one complete today - 1lb lost. :( Yesterday was the only day that I felt a little sick to my stomach - but once I ate something I felt a little better. I usually take my first pill around 7:15 - 7:30AM and then the second anywhere from 12:30 - 2 ... I guess lil results discourage me - but as been told I bought a couple bottles - so might as well use em up.

Sleeping great through-out the night though, maybe a little more than i have in recent weeks.  Energy is still about the same, haven't really noticed any great increase or decrease. And shhhhhhhh ... I slacked on the gym this week severly - whoops.

Soooo I will push on with the bottle and see where it takes me - granted I kno not everything works for everyone, but I was hoping.

I was beginning to think there was no one out there.  I don't know about you, but I have been sleeping alot better at night.  My husband said I was snoring:pig:.  That's my payback for all the years I've put up with his yelping:horse:.  I've had no side effects as seen from others and (like you) ordered in quantities.  I will finish what I have and see if there is any progress.  Keep me posted on your progress.
