I'm currently taking 2 fiber tabs, 1 multivitamin, and replacing one or two meals with a slim fast rip off by Costco...
I am considering taking a diuretic and green tea weight loss pills... Are these good and what else can I take to help me drop the pounds? I am 140 and want to weigh 110-120..
Thanks and good luck to all!

I have taken Wulong tea from BestWulong.com and it has made a huge difference for me. I called over to them and the lady who I spoke to explained that since Oprah mentioned Wulong tea as a weight loss tea there have been lots of people getting into the market of selling this type of tea. After further research, I found that there is a HUGE difference in the different teas people are selling as Wulong tea.
For instance, it is best NOT to buy from a local Chinese store as they only sell the cheap tea bags of Wulong. It is much better to get the whole leaf Wulong from a company that specializes in Wuyi Wulong tea - this tea has a much higher level of polyphenol and that is the weight loss attribute of the tea.
Wikipedia has a lot of good information on these products, but I would still recommed BestWulong.com. They have a monthly recurring program and a buy-as-you-go program and they have always treated me well.
I have lost over 25 pounds in 6 weeks by just using this product. I tried Wu-YiSource.com, but I just got the cheap tea bags and lost no weight.
Anyway - just my 2 cents for the night. Glad to be here - looking forward to loosing another 32 pounds and I will be at my target!
