I am curious if anyone has tried PGX and if so, what the results were.
I started on it about 10 days ago..................the scale doesn't show a difference yet, but I can see and feel a bit of a difference. It is a plan that makes sense to me, I need to lose about 25 pounds.

No connection to the company...................thought that name would grab attention if others were using it.

PGX itself appears to be a trademarked fiber, but it is found in various brands. I am using Natural Factors SlimStyles PGX capsules....................really surprised here no one had heard of it. I first read about it in a health newsletter about a year ago, but just started on it recently.
