| I have been taking alli for several months and things have been going great for me. Averaging 1 to 2 lbs loss per week. But the last month and a half i have been slowly gaining it back. I have not changed what i am doing that is what is so weird. Is it possible that my body has gotten used to the alli and it is not responding to it any more.

| The effect is supposed to be that some of your fat calories are 'discounted' but remember that weight loss is still a function of calories in (slightly reduced in this case) vs calories out. [Check out the calculators and tutorial on this site.] May I ask what calorie deficit you believe you are creating?

The whole problem with the calories in and calories out is that it is like a financial budget. Most people are in debt today because they can't figure it out. Same thing with being overweight. Plus fast food is too easy and cheap.
