I am doing great, Bigmama. I am taking kioslim as well and I am losing weight every day. My courage to face life comes back and this is so nice. Life is great but unfortunately I has forgotten this during the past months.
Yep, house work is good , put some rock n roll on and then start cleaning, it is fun and you get your house clean at the same time. I have started to go swimming every other day, it sure is nice. I have almost lost enough that I can get a new bathing suit, still has to be a one piece, but a smaller one.
