| I was in CVS the other day in the dietary section. Since I'm not too comfy with taking dietary pills and stuff like that, I was looking for alternative ways to shed pounds. I came across Slim Mints. They are 4 calories each, and if you take 1 or 2 before each meal or snack, it will curb your appetite and boost your metabolism. Of course, they are to be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. Has anyone else used them and had any success with them?:D

Slim Mints wanted to advertise on my website but I declined because I believe that what you need to buy to lose weight is... less food!
But I will be very interested to see if there are any positive replies.

| i think it most likely has the same effect as chewing gum...putting something in your mouth makes you less likely to eat...if they are cheap, i say go for them, but if they are pricy, dont waste your money. sounds like a gimick to me! let me know though.

when u think about it.. if they are used with a healthy diet and excercise, you would lose weight.. wether it be due to the mints or not really.. it sounds to me like it would partly be to the fact that the mint is reminding u to eat properly and to excercise.. and if ur dilligent enough to be eating the mint before u have a meal, then u are basically willing enough to actually be trying to lose weight..
hmm i think i made that a bit cryptic but i think everyone will get what i am trying to say ..
maybe.. :yumm:
not enough caffeine today i dont think.. my body is suffering from huge withdrawal lol

i agree with you peter diet pills/mints are a waste of money all one needs to find is some disipline and determination eating less 4-6 times a day (fruits, veggies, and proteins) a little exercise will over a legitmate amount of time produce the weightloss
i have experienced the diet pill era and they are not good for the body
