| my brother in law (a bodybuilder) had recommended this to me for weight loss and appetite suppressant (I had two babies in less than two years and need to lose about 25 lbs). I started taking it and must say that I definitely noticed a difference in my appetite which helped a lot! I did lose weight on this also but I've decided to mix it up and try Lipodrene amidst great review of that product. Just in case anyone was interested in Lipo-6 - it is a good product and I haven't had any side effects.

| I took Lipo-6 and it made me very ill. I didn't lose any weight, I just got very nauseaous.... I also went to the Dr to have bloodowrk done, and my kidney count came back irregular, and I had to go in for more tests, which came back fine once I was off Lipo-6 for a few days.

| A couple of years a go I was using Lipo-6. A body builder who own a local fitness gym, mentioned it to me and I tried. Over the summer for three months I took Lipo 6 and would work out at the gym. I went from a starting weight of 300 lbs to 244 lbs. I alway felt good. Never had any side effects. The best part for me was that I got to eat what ever I wanted and still lost the weight. I'd usually eat a light breakfast and lunch of whatever I wanted. And then would have a nice dinner. The pills were helping me. But then I lost the time to work out and my father passed away, and lucky me gained weight till i hit 350 lbs. I'm now taking Alli and have lost 15 lbs the first week.

I've had some success with Lipo-6 but it was short lived. One thing I have noticed about that supplement is tolerance builds quite quickly.
Depending on how long your fat loss program is going to be, it might be valuable for a set period of time.
Cheers.
