Green tea is good for many reason but if you are taking it with the goal to lose weight..you might be disappointed. think of it as good but not magic

Hi, I find that the flavored Green Tea is very tasty... I don't add sugar, I just drink, it, I drink it for energy.. I have to make it a lifestyle for my self to drink it every day. Just try the Lipton, Green Tea Superfruit Purple Acai and Blueberry is one of my favorites. It comes about 20 bags for about $3...Hope this helps you.

Hello dear,
As i know green tea is very effective for the Weight loss.
One of my friend tried some weight loss pills which contain green tea as a ingredient, that pills shows the result positive.
so i think you can also go for green Tea for Lose you weight.

Me too heard about green tea for weight loss, one of my friend drinking this green tea as morning beverage for weight loss and she said it works for her and most importantly she said that taste of green tea is also good. Having green tea is best instead of going for a green tea pills, and i think there is no green tea pills.

If you are serious about losing weight, even though you should not expect the pounds to melt off as some will claim, we still definitely do recommend green tea as a complement to a sound nutrition and exercise regime, not only for the slight metabolism boost it will give you, but more importantly for the many other documented health benefits.

Yes, Green tea is considered to be good for health care.  It is one of the best herbal remedy for weight loss. With this it is also considered to be good for the problem of less sleep.
