HI, Im new here. I just started on a diet, and decided to try some kind of supplement. I went to vitamin world, and found this one called Stress-Less Weight Control.Bioperine Enhanced...w/ magnolia, theanine, epimedium, and green tea. I have never tried diet pills before...well I started taking them 2 days ago, and with light exercising, (one day of 1/2 hour tae-bo, one day of 1/2 hour walk) and made a MAJOR change in my eating habits....Ive already lost 2 pounds! pretty good for 2 days i think. Anyways, has anyone tried anything like this? I briefly read something about zigzag calories? I cant find that post again, can someone tell me about it? Does it help? I really want to lose weight. And would much appreciate any advice i could get, Thanks.
