Just taking a simple poll to see who would rather take a pill loaded with chemicals and hope it doesn't do physical damage...

or replace one meal a day with an all natural health shake loaded with everything your body actually needs.

Thanks!

Jesse

I would certainly prefer taking on a natural way. Diet pills may be the faster way but the danger that it will bring to our physical health is very bad.  i'd rather wait than be sorry... There are lots of natural methods to loose weight and it just needs to take passion to have the best of outcome.

I get it!  We are a society that is centered around doing things "NOW".  The bottom line is that diet pills are not regulated by the FDA.   There is no telling what you are feeding your body.  I truly believe that there are more health risks with these pills than there is being overweight.  It really is just not worth it.

I was at my Sisters house last week.  She was hanging out on the couch watching a DVR episode of "Biggest Loser".  She tells me that she needs to loose some weight.  I thought this was kind of funny since she was eating potato chips out of a bag she had on her lap.  She realized how it looked after she spoke and laughed and said that she was going to have to take another Allie.  If you are not familiar with Allie then let me just tell you that eating greasy chips is not a good idea if you are taking that stuff, unless you enjoy oily anal leakage.   Sorry if that grosses you out.  It does me.   Yes she is blonde!

I think your pen name on this forum should answer your question.  Eating smart is the better way to go whenever you want to lose weight.  Pills are bandaids--and dangerous ones at best.  There is no magic pill and there never will be.

I read this article on thedietsolutionprogram.com that talks about diet pills and their inherent dangers.  It was very insightful and I hope everyone takes a gander at it.

Anyhow, eat smart and exercise and you will be smoke'n hot for all the lovely ladies!

I'm not quite convinced about the validity of either. 'All natural' shakes? How can they be 'all natural' if they're in a powder or even just a drink form?

All natural means eating natural foods in their natural state, and that's the only way I believe you can be truly healthy.

I don't think meal replacment shakes are that much a better idea than diet pills. Some diet pills work, some don't - though the ones that do work tend to have quite nasty side effects.

Yet 'meal replacement' diets can be pretty bad for you too. People have died on lighter life, since their muscles wasted away and they had a fatal heart attack.

If diet pills are at least encouraging you to eat properly, they're probably healthier in the long run (depending on the particular pill of course).

Well, I do agree with you. No doubt, Natural methods of losing weight is always proved as a best outcome provider in this regard. Though I would like to request just think once about most of the cases where it is not possible to control the weight ratio by using natural fundas! I am trying to justifying or convincing you but just sharing my opinions in this regard.

In my opinion, these dietary weight-loss supplements are categorized as nutritional supplements. Because sometimes its not possible to get all of the calories balances through dieting as well as through other natural methods, In this type of cases diet pills are having the potential to burn your fats in a somehow descent manner and the main point is Companies that produce the weight-loss supplements are responsible for making sure they are safe and that their claims are truthful before they go to market. So, Need not to be conscious or as you said "be sorry" about it buddy. FDA is responsible for taking actions for any kind of mis-happenings in this regard, Means using the right type of diet pills reviews provides you healthy and quality life orientation.

 Cheers.
