I'm starting to show those icky signs of aging....jowls. I want to head them off before they get bad. Meanwhile, I smile a LOT to keep everything pulled "up" LOL!!

Has anyone had lipo or surgery for the lower face? What about restalayne?

If you have a lot of loose skin, lipo won't help.  I had a full face lift and when they did my neck / lower face area, they did lipo to get rid of the fat pockets.  If you don't have sagging in other areas, you could always have a lower face lift.  Definitely worth it and no pain.  I'm a bruiser so I had quite a bit of bruising involved.

Finally had a consultation. "Fraxel Re-Pair" is a new generation of laser-treatment, Fraxel, and you do it once. She said there is at least a 30% improvement in tightening, and also removes wrinkles and sun damage. I'll probably do this one!

I'm having it done this week! I'll let you know how it goes. Unfortunately, it can take up to 3 months to see the results. I really have great skin, but when my dermatologist found another pre-cancerous spot on my face, that was IT! Time to do somehting!
