Hi everyone, i'm new here.
I used to be quite slim, I didn't eat a lot and did 3 exercise classes a week. To be honest I think I was bordering on anorexic as I really didn't eat much.
I have got out of that habit and eat properly nowbut have put on weight. I have a cross trainer and a mini trampoline at home which I have used and just cant get the weight to shift at all.
Last night I watched a video that was taken of me at my partners mums 60th party and I wanted to cry. I looked absolutely huge. I'd never realised I was THAT big before and I just felt awful.
I want to lose the weight so bad but I just don't know what to do. It's really starting to get me down

Hi
First question is to find out in objective terms if you're overweight. For example what is your height and weight? can you use them to calculate your BMI and find out if you're overweight? (calculators available on this website - links at the top)
2nd thing is to be aware of what you're eating. are you eating the right number of calories? again calculators to help you figure out an appropriate amount to eat and also a fantastic tutorial to put it all together.
please come back with any specifric questions!
