Your BMI has already come down from 28.3 to 22.9. Surely you can feel positive about the great progress you've already made whilst continuing to work on this? I see no problem with a diet where you don't eat after 1am - also 1pm can be a sensible time to stop eating (if your bedtime is 3pm or 4pm). Otherwise it is a bit unusual. If you Google for 'intermittent fasting' you will find some people doing just that. However if you suffer from hypoglycemia you might need to eat more often.

Remember that fat loss is a function of calories eaten, not when they're eaten. Your unadjusted RMR is 1256 calories so please make sure you eat no less than this many calories (if you're exercising you can chose to stick to this many calories and lose faster - or eat more calories and still lose) - ideally eat them from healthy foods (Why Healthy Food Makes You Slim). Hopefully you will then be sufficiently fueled for your workouts.

If you eat 1256 calories from healthy foods you'll probably find you need more time to eat and can have dinner as well.

This diet is killing you because you're setting yourself up for misery and/or failure.  Keep your blood sugars even and you'll have more energy and you won't be hungry all the time.  Try just eating a snack or two after 1 instead of not eating anything.  If you go too many hours without eating (if your not sleeping) your blood sugar drops and your brain signals you to be hungry and like Nir said if you get hypoglycemia you'll be very very very hungry!  Not to mention you'll feel yucky.

I didn't know people still used 'stone' as a unit of weight measurement :yum:

ShiningK, your profile doesn't state where you live but clearly it isn't the United Kingdom. I must be one of a handful of people living here who primarily think of my weight in kilograms. You can use the 'Weights & Measures Convertor' (see link above) alternatively 1 stone = 14 pounds = 6.356kg

Well you don't have to stop eating all you have to do is eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits and proteins that's very important when you're in a diet. Try to make a diet plan and workout plan the first week is going to be hard, but if I could do it you can I've lost 5 pounds in almost  weeks, but I eat no fried foods, junk foods, or nothing with a lot of fat and unhealthy ingredients. In the mornings I eat cereal (kellogs special K) they're good when you're in a diet. Then after breakfast I wait  minutes and start on my workout. I do  minutes cardio, then abs, and all those stuff for an hour. After I'm done working out I grab my bike and I go to the nearest park and ride my bike for an hour. I do that Mon-Fri and it's working for me. I also drink a lot of water and unsweetened green tea. You just need your effort and the will to do it and you will do it if I can anyone can. Good luck and post pictures of your changes soon.

I can understand why you would pick a diet like that. I tend to do better sometimes if I don't eat then if I eat. Cause once I get started then I can't just quit and walk away. So, I can see to where that would be useful. But, if you are getting to drained from it then it might be a good idea to change it up. Nobody says you have to do that certain diet.

I also tend to think fasting is wonderful. I have done allot of reading on it and if you can pull it off, there are great benefits to it. I am unfortunately not one of those people. I like to eat, lol. So, I try to just stick to the diet stuff and eat healthy.

Anyway, good luck! I hope you figure it out.

Look over your diet--- starving yourself will NOT help you lose weight and its the very reason why you have no energy.

Try eating 6 small meals (1/2 or 1/3 of what you normally would eat) through out the day. Let's say you're awake 12 hours in a day--- eat a small meal every 2 hours.

If you starve yourself, your body will go into starvation mode and prevent you from losing any weight and slow down your metabolism. If your body sees that you will have constant food in your tummy, but you're exercising to burn off a lot of calories and drinking plenty of water, your body will burn off the fat

"AS DIET BETTER SOUNDS, The MORE it SuckS "

you need to eat 3-4 times a day, even before sleep you can eat a bit of protein and fibers with essential fats. Those hungering methods are destroying your metabolic functions, muscles and psychological life.

Keep your body-fluid sugars even and you'll have more power and you won't be famished all the time.  Try just consuming a snack or two after 1 rather than of not consuming anything.  If you  proceed  too  numerous  hours without  consuming  (if your not sleeping) your  body-fluid  sugar  lets  fall   and your  mind   pointers  you to be  famished  and like Nor said if you get hypoglycemia you'll be very hungry
